SCAM ALERT. Don’t trust this website. You can invest and withdraw without problem at very first times, then they block you all your movements.

In the beginning they will let you to withdraw your money then they won't respond and eventually block you. It's a totally scam don't fall for it !!!!

They are a big cheat, always requesting for more funds to be able to withdraw. I regret ever investing here. I found peace and rest of mind with PAIVA I have been consistently.

At first I thought I have found a reliable platform to investing with not until I requested to withdraw and it was declined severally, I contacted their support and no response from them. It's obvious that they don't pay. I am now operating with PAIVA and I have been paid with ease.

Scam, they take your money, stop contacting you and you never get a payout.
They say contact us, but you never hear anything.
SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY!!

This is a scam! I invested and the platform was paying for few days. Suddenly they stopped processing my withdrawals. The support team is not replying to my messages, even though they are marked as seen. Avoid at any cost!

In the beginning, I thought I have seen a reliable platform to invest in not until I requested to withdraw and everything stand still. It's 1 month and some weeks today and I haven't received a dime. Thanks to my colleague who told me about PAIVA, I joined and invested with them and it's the best decision I made, my payouts has been steadily disbursed.

Just writing to give my review on DNSBTC , it's a total scam , i was able to make 4 withdrawals with no issues at all then 2 days ago i tried to make a withdrawal and nothing .At first customer was contactable and said all the agents were " busy " but someone would get back 48hrs later and they won't even reply

Totally SCAM web site. They wrote:"Your account may have been restricted due to improper operation. If you have any questions, please contact info"@"dnsbtc.com." They wrote the same thing also to all other people to whom they did not paid.Totally SCAM web site. They don't answer to emails and also on the chat. Don't waste your money here.

Tried to withdraw some funds, but my withdraw request has been stuck in review and customer service will not respond.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

After about 2 hours my withdraw finally was approved and I was able to see the funds on my exchange. I still have several other contracts with DSNBTC so won't know until Friday if I will be able to withdraw the profits.
On Friday I was able to successfully withdraw profits. Since then I was able to withdraw profits from other contracts as well. Besides having to refresh my browser often I have had no other issues with the platform.
As soon as I got close to breakeven they flagged my withdraw and wanted me to pay taxes of over $1600 through their site. After I called them out on it they just stopped responding to me. This is nothing but a SCAM. Don't get sucked in by them letting you withdraw funds at first.

This is a scam to steal peoples money! Don't use this. They do everything to help you when they want your money but as soon as you try to do a withdraw they go silent. I have been trying to withdraw my money since 08/10. It says it's in review. When I ask how long it takes I keep getting the same generated response of "30 minutes". Don't use this Company it’s not legit!

Their reply “my account may be restricted” is crap. I have messaged them every day and every time they ghost me after I give them my information. The email address is false. It gets kicked back every time. I wish I had some way to report them to the authorities. They should be in jail for theft.

When I was just about to make a profit, they stopped releasing funds and support has been silent ever since... If anyone needs proof I can provide it. I'm really unhappy about it because it seemed for a while I'd found a decent mining site. If things get put right I will come back here and give you an update. For now I strongly advise against investing in any of their contracts if you do not want to end up losing money.

UPDATE (21 Aug): I contacted them at their email address as well about 10 days ago, but no reply to date. They say below in their reply that my account might have been restricted due to 'improper operation', but I can assure you I did not do anything improper. I have 2 contracts of 3000 USD each running, but a withdrawal request of 910 USD is still in review after 10 days. Once again, if my funds are released I will let you know.

UPDATE (27 Aug): They have locked my account for no reason (other than steal my money), so it is certain now they do not intend to pay me. IN THE BEGINNING THEY SEEM SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY, I WAS ABLE TO MAKE SOME WITHDRAWALS TOO, BUT WHEN I WAS JUST ABOUT TO BREAK EVEN, MY 910 USD WITHDRAWAL REQUEST WAS STUCK "IN REVIEW" AND IT HAS BEEN IN REVIEW FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS NOW. They are nice and helpful at first only to try to gain your trust and lure you into investing more, then they disappear with your money. YOU CAN READ OTHER PEOPLE'S REVIEWS, THIS SCAM COMPANY ONLY PAYS YOU UNTIL THEY THINK YOU WILL INVEST MORE. THEY WILL STOP RELEASING FUNDS BEFORE YOU MAKE A PROFIT.

I HAVE TAKEN AND RECORDED SCREENSHOTS OF MY INVESTMENTS AND MY ACCOUNT BALANCES SO I CAN TAKE THEM TO COURT IF THEY DO NOT RELEASE MY FUNDS. FIRST I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO A GOVERNMENT AGENCY.

NOW THAT MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED I DEFINITELY ADVISE YOU AGAINST DOING ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY, GIVE IT A WIDE BERTH!!! I CAN SEND ANYONE PHOTOS OF MY INVESTMENTS TO PROVE WHAT I AM WRITING HERE IS REAL AND TRUE, I REALLY WANT TO HELP YOU PEOPLE, I DO NOT WANT YOU TO MAKE THESE SCAMMERS RICH.

ALSO, AS I CAN SEE FROM REVIEWS THAT OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME OR A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WITH DNSBTC, I ADVISE ALL OF YOU TO REPORT THE INCIDENT TO AUTHORITIES SO THESE SCAMMERS GET CAUGHT AND THEIR "BUSINESS" GETS CLOSED DOWN. THE MORE REPORTS AUTHORITIES (FOR EXAMPLE IC3) GET, THE MORE SERIOUSLY THEY WILL TAKE THIS.

You can't rely on them as their activities are uncertain, and they are full of so many unfulfilled promises. So, stay far away from them so you don't lose your money. I have now switched on to PAIVA, and things get better. It assures you of good returns and no delay at all.

Built up my investment. Things looked pretty good. Made first withdrawal. Tried a second withdrawal but was refused. They gave me some language about withholding for taxes. I asked them for specifics and they turned off the text help interface.

Looks like I have lost my entire investment.
