Stone cold ripoff! Paid for a $1.95 single use pdf and was charged 49.95 for some kind of bogus "premium" plan. I've gone to their site, logged in, and cancelled. I've also disconnected my Apple Card... Toon meer
Easy to use however wish the Quitclaim Form included "Mail Tax Statements" language. I understand I will not be charged any further money

Charging my card $49.95 even though I canceled the subscription
I tried to use it I paid the initial dollar or something for a week and and canceled, they are still trying to charge 49.95 to my credit card card. I contacted them a week ago explaining that the subscription was canceled and that they’re trying to charge, but I stopped the charge on my credit card so it was declined. I got this rigmarole letter about yes it was canceled, but they didn’t get any money so there’s no reason for a refund. They have since tried to charge my card three more times in four days.
Getting no response as to when they’re going to stop. It has gone from irritating to being pissed off
Wish I had never tried this company. I do not recommend them unless you really wanna pay $49.95 for something that you’re not going to use. This issue is still ongoing.

Last week I tried to use the Doclio…
Last week I tried to use the Doclio service to convert a PDF to word. Doclio charged me £1.50 but failed to provide the converted document. Given the insignificant amount I didn't pursue it and put it down to experience. To my absolute shock and horror a few days later Doclio made a charge of £49.95 to my credit card. I have reached to Doclio several times to reverse this charge. I only wanted to convert one document and never entered into a contract with them. I absolutely have no intention of subscribing to their service! I have contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Klingt am Anfang gut
Klingt am Anfang gut. Ein Dokument für 1,95 Euro wäre auch ok. Anschliessend bekommt man eine Rechnung über ein Abo von 49,95 Euro jeden Monat! Absolute Abzocke! Grauenhaft

Apparently I am not the only one who…
Apparently I am not the only one who has experienced this treatment from Doclio and will probably not be the last…but after paying $1.95, I made a rough draft of my last will and testament after which I sent Doclio a query on how to get a copy to my executor. While awaiting their response, I received notice from my bank that Doclio was trying to charge my account another $49.95 without my notice and authorization. UNACCEPTABLE…

I have ran into the issue that another commentary has had. I paid for a $1.95 PDF file to be made and now have been charged 4995 for absolutely no reason there is no customer support info or cancel subscription button. I’ve already had to replace my card twice because of this stupidity. I’ve emailed the company so I’m waiting to get a response. If not, I will have to take other actions.
