As someone with a chronic health condition, this app was recommended to me. I used it skeptically at first as I hadn't read into it and assumed it was AI. But once I realised it was a real human that I was interacting with on WhatsApp, it was so so useful.

I spend a lot of time on Google trying to find the right keywords about my illness, to find the help I need. But actually through that WhatsApp chat and questions, it really helped me narrow down what I was looking for. So rather than a vague Google search on my own, I was able to realise what kind of specialist I wanted.

Jack then found me a great range of specialists and narrowed it down even more the next day after further research. I liked how it was specific as to what the doctors specialities were but also how it would personally help me. They actually found me a doctor that treats exactly what I want (pelvic pain, scar tissue, nerve damage) all in one person, which I didn't think was possible.

I normally don't do reviews but these guys deserve it. I really hope lots of health professionals come onboard to work with them, because it can only help.

Very useful tool, I used the service to find a suitable specialist for myself. I have just been diagnosed sign endometriosis and was on the search for a specialist, the tool provided a superb amount of specialist with each individuals profiles given was brilliant. Within 15 minutes I had my results.
