Doctorum specialises in providing written second opinions on previous (NHS & private) imaging including pre-medicolegal assessment, but also offers subspecialist reports for NHS scans that have finally been performed yet are taking weeks to months to be reported. The platform can assist with retrieving medical imaging from any facility in the UK using the Image Exchange Protocol, and sending images anywhere in the world with Internet access. Urgent reports as well as report auditing are also available by agreement.

Highly recommend this Excellent Service!
I can't recommend Doctorum enough. Dr Tony was so quick to reply to my enquiry and was amazingly helpful. I am not great with technology, and he walked me through the process of uploading my scans (made more difficult by the orginals using an odd system of sharing that did not work at all) and found an experienced radiologist in the specialty required to read the scans. The difference between the report from Doctorum and my original report were night and day - Everything was written in clear language with very specific areas of interest that were studied named and differential diagnosis possibilities (ie: not the specialism requested) were laid out, as I had requested, making the next steps for treatment clearer. This was vastly different to my orignal report which was the equivalent of 'nothing to see here.' Not only was my initial query responded to so quickly, but the report was in my inbox within a day. I would not hestitate to use this service again and have been recommending to everyone.

I am so grateful to the team for all aspects of their service, from the initial contact to the final report. Communication was outstanding and response time was exceptional. A very straightforward process to obtain the images guided by Dr Lopez. Images were read and reported by specialist consultant Dr Gademsetty. His report was accurate and detailed. Fantastic, fast service to get the answers you need
Fantastic communication right from the start. I was able to specify which type of consultant I wanted to read the scans and detail the questions I wanted answered.
I got my report back with 36hrs and was fantastic. Really detailed but understandable and with the answers I needed to confirm the true picture of my diagnosis which the NHS didn’t show.

'Blind' review of scan
After having a CT scan with two diametrically opposite analyses by two radiologists, I contacted Doctorum for a blind review. Dr Lopez was exceptionally helpful from beginning to end and the review by Dr Hatrick was very thorough and swiftly completed. Follow-up questions were also answered clearly and quickly. Great personal service from Dr Lopez…
Great personal service from Dr Lopez including making the transfer of images easy (this has sometimes been problematic in the past with other providers to the point of me not even bothering). Dr Lopez was constantly on hand at all points by e-mail and phone. Then he chose an expert in the relevant radiological field and the results were through in less than two days.
