Dodl really is a doddle. Everything about it is designed to be simple.
To improve, allow fees to be paid by direct debit. Having to keep cash aside within an ISA - not working in the market - is not such a Dodl

Very slick and modern
Haven’t officially contributed anything as of yet to my ISA but it’s been incredibly easy to set things up. The app is very slick and modern. Chat services are good and the investment options are explained very clearly in a way most people would be understand.
My only bit of feedback is, when you go into the learning section of the app, i haven’t been able to find a way back to the main homepage without closing and re-opening the app!

Great customer service
After using the account for a few months, I decided it wasn't what I needed. But everything was straight forward and easy to use. Communication was excellent with their staff.

So far so good with all investments…
So far so good with all investments working well. Only bump was receiving an email to say my funds were transferred on a Saturday and of course they didnt show until the next working day, mild panic !
I am also still recieving requests to fill in paperwork I have already cancelled .... hopefully they time out.

Good app for lisa stock investing

I would also like to buy fractional shares in the lisa account but thats not yet possible and i also wish that selling/buying stocks/etfs was instant rather than the orders executing at a set time like 3pm.

Great user experience and customer service. I wish there were a way to do instant portfolio rebalancing in one easy step, instead of having to sell completely out of something and then wait 2-5 days to re-purchase.

As someone who has bought the odd share…
As someone who has bought the odd share but not really invested, AJ Bell Dodl has been amazing for me. Their fees are a fraction of a price, the transfers of Isa and pensions have been quick and easy and importantly for me, they have been very good at explaining the process to me.

A refreshing change! Customer services that actually respond, if out of hours first thing next day, and who know how to help. I am very happy with Dodl so far, clear pleasant to use UI, responsive app, fairly easy to navigate, highly recommended.

Would be 5 Stars if there where more…
Would be 5 Stars if there where more securities available. They should really develop this product it's a really great move and really good for the customers. Be careful investing! I have a masters degree in Finance and I even sometimes almost buy/sell at the wrong time. I have done well so far but this platform is not good for high frequency trades, take long term long positions (buy securities and hold them for years).

Good but room for improvement
Transfer from previous provider completed, not too much hassle.
The app sometimes has issues where you have to sign in and re-enable biometric login, it's a little bit annoying so please could you fix this.
I was hoping there would be more choice of Funds/ETFs, the HSBC All World OEIC is fine, though I'd like to see more index trackers such as WEBN, PAWC or ACWI to name a few.
