I have used Dog and Hat for over 2 years now, closer to three. The level of service and product is consistently high. The two times when there have been a problem it was dealt with quickly and efficiently so that it wasn't really a problem. Couldn't recommend Dog and Hat enough.

Best postal coffee service around - love the variety and quality every single month. For a coffee lover - the little booklet that comes with is sensational and shows the love & care put into the service.

I’ve been subscribing ever since getting this service recommended by a friend when I moved to the UK, and every month I eagerly anticipate the packages and the real joy it brings! Love all the carefully selected beans and reading the enclosed booklet - I read it front to back…even the details about the roasters/coffees I don’t receive!

Had a coffee subscription for a few months now and felt I should rate! The coffees are much better than anything on the supermarket shelf. Some are bloody mindblowing but when you go online to see if there's any left in the bag shop, they're usually sold out. Sometimes I wish I'd opened the best coffee of the delivery first so I can order more of it but it isn't always the case!

I have even tried a decaf delivery and honestly, it tastes as good as regular for the most part.

I was recommended Dog + Hat by a client of mine and I must say I am glad he did!

Bought a set of Timemore coffee scales 4 months ago.
Efficient sales process and prompt delivery.
Brilliant scales and so easy to use………
Unfortunately last week they developed a minor screen fault, 1 display bar missing from bottom of a character in the timer section.

Contacted company out of hours via their chat service, expected response next day. Despite it being early evening I received a response from Sue within 5 minutes!!!!!
I then received a replacement unit within a few days.

Excellent customer service, an example to others.
Would I use again?

I ordered my set of coffee scales from Dog and Hat on Wednesday morning and the default posting (and only option) was 3 day delivery.
I was notified the item was shipped that day with Royal Mail Guaranteed delivery next day by 1pm which was a great surprise.

The item was delivered packaged extremely well with personal touches from the company.

Will definitely be buying coffee next time.

I contacted Dog and Hat about a coffee they only had temporarily. I wasn’t even a paying customer but they took the time to go out of their way to find a seller in the UK who has a similar product. I’m blown away by this incredible level of service. Definitely will be looking at a subscription service from them in the future!

The best coffee Subscription I have tried (and I have tried a few!). Su and Dave are really friendly when contacting them and are quick with replies. The coffee is great every month! And is always from a different roaster each month. They have multiple options to suit everyone’s needs. I love being apart of the Dog and Hat community! There are no bad words to be said for Dog and Hat, they are just flawless. Amazing coffee sourced and sent every month, packaged so thoughtfully with a monthly leaflet and sometimes more extras! The website is easy to use and members also receive updates via email. Great experience so far and will be subscribed for a long time!
