I ordered a harness for my dog and when it arrived it did not fit properly. I contacted the company as I wanted to return for a full refund because even though I measured my dog according to their website, it did not fit so I would just take him to a local store to try one for a proper fit. I was told they did not do full refunds however they would "make an acceptation" in this case, I just had to mail it back to them but the catcher is.. you can't mail it back to the company in Florida. No, it has to go to Austria. Which would have cost me an additional $20.00 and by full refund they would not include shipping, etc. so then I am out another $20.00. But they would give me a 40% coupon for another harness and in their words "with that coupon, they don't make any money" So please do not buy from Doggykingdom. they do not care for their customers.

I ordered a dog coat per their size chart and it did not fit - too small. They also did not give me the “discount” at checkout (per website) and I was charged for “free shipping”. It also arrived late. Talking with customer service - I was blamed for everything even though I did nothing wrong (except being a customer) It’s been months now and I am still battling to get my money back in spite of the guarantees listed on the website. Then they wanted me to send it back to Austria - the website lists Orlando, FL. The shipping to Austria costs more than the product is worth, so even if I win, I lose. They don’t care. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Everything is made in China and shipped from China. Still haven't received my order. After 10 days it FINALLY shipped from China with no updates in the last several days. If you dig for this information on their website you will find under 17A that their products are manufactured in China. I still don't see that they disclose everything is shipped from China. I find their website to be deceptive.

We loved the all weather jackets. The two labs wore them to the dog park on the last rainy day and were MUCH admired in these colourful well made, stylish coats!

I ordered an extra small doggie harness for my yorkie--went by your measurement chart. It was too big--and bulky like armor, overkill! I think this product would probably be more appropriate with using on a larger dog.
And it would have been nice to have known that I would have to wait for it to arrive from China.....

I first rated it 2 stars because I would give the harness I bought a 5 star but buckle broke after just a month so Igave it 2 stars.!! I contacted company and have been told it will be replaced under a life time warranty so I changed my rating to a 5!

Beautiful, fits perfectly

I purchased the harness from Doggy Kingdom after buying numerous others for my rescue who just wants to run. It has been the best one I have found.
Very sturdy and easy on and off. Much easier to control her.

This is not well made at all. There is NO connection around throat area except (very flimsy) velcro strap. Don't even try to call for help. You can NOT be connected to a human person. Trust me, there are far cheaper and far better made harnesses like this online. And you can ONLY return for store credit, no refund. I will not be doing business here again. I am FAR from happy.

The mat I received was of extremely poor quality with an offensive order. I contacted them but of course I would have to prove the item damage and I am not interested in another as I would not subject my dogs to the smell or texture. And returns to Austria-costs more than the item. Not a company I will do business with again.

Love this harness. It is a great quality and the extra small fits my Toy breed perfectly. Jedi walks so much nicer on the harness. Plus, he looks so cute.

I have purchased 3 harnesses for my golden doodle. They of course fit great. My experience with the winter vests did not work out so well. They were too small. The purchase was from the US but the return has to to AUSTRIA. Over $60 bucks for two lightweight vests. Over half the costs of the vests.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE NOT 100 PERCENT SURE. IT SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR THAT THE COSTS TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT ARE 10 TIMES WHAT DOGGYKINDOM PAYS FOR SHIPPING HORRIBLE CONSUMER MODEL

I ordered their harness for my dog according to their chart. Upon receipt I put it on him and it doesn't go on near as easy as their video shows. The front strap is very flimsy. He was able to plant his feet and duck his head and the harness will come right off if you are pulling against him. No way I would trust it to take him on a walk. Their website make it look like they embroider their name on the vest. It is just his name hot stamped on a piece of velcro that will probably get lost first time out. When I tell them I want to return it for a full refund they just want to give me a discount to order another size when I ordered this one off of their chart. It's not so much the size that is wrong, it is the way it is designed that won't work. This is $40 right down the drain. It is going out in the trash. Hope people read this review and don't get screwed over like I just did!
