I tried to get a response by email for four months, just to get a solution for a faulty product. They never answered properly or took responsibility.
Now they expect me to spend more of my own money to send it back and wait even longer.
Terrible customer service — no respect for customers’ time or money.
The collar is not worth it, neither for the price nor for the hassle.
I won’t buy from this brand again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I just got my personalized collars and leashes - and I'm stunned! So beautiful! I hope they last long but I'm very happy with it!

These beautiful collars seem great at first look. The engraved buckle with the info is great and strong. However, the fabric is not strong enough for big dogs that pull. With less than one week of use the fabric started opening up in places and looking ugly.

I contacted DogNotFox via email, and after a week or so they replied, asking me to send back the collar. I get that they want the product back for a refund. But the shipping cost would not be worth the hassle.

Awful company. Ordered 3 dog collars and one harness, arrived faulty and not as advertised on the website. The colours of the collars are different to that on the website, same with the metal furnishings which were supposed to be matt black but came through chrome. The collars do not stay shut and have fall off of my dog. The harness is such a strange fit that I haven't even used it (the chest piece is tiny yet the straps that go around the dog are enormous).

All of the above reported to the company. Over the course of nearly two months they continuously ignored emails, repeatedly requested photos (which had already been provided), then ultimately told me they would not return my money because I had used the item (to which I pointed out the item would need to be used for me to know it is faulty!).

Clearly they expect their products to break within a month of use regardless! Total waste of nearly £100 with a company that clearly does not care about its customers!
