I have a Yorkie-Poo who is also my PSA so I was a bit nervous about putting in the fence as she is less than 10 lbs. She got corrected once and that's all it took. Jason did a fantastic job of initially training her, so we had little to do after that. I am so happy to let Taffy have fun running around the back or front yard and I don't have to worry about her.

The Dogwatch team did a great job installing our “fence” in some of the most awful soil you could imagine! Fence works amazing for a Siberian and aussiedoodle.

Wish I would have put in the fencing years ago.

I am so happy with this Dog Watch product. We have always used innotek products and they don’t offer the options as far as vibration, tone, or shock. This has already made a big difference in training with our dog. We only use the vibrate or time as he has adjusted to that just fine without shocking him

I thought Jason was extremely experienced. I myself have had some dog training but mine was for other reasons. He was able to teach me the difference with the training when it is utilized for the fence. My dogs are doing awesome and they have adjusted well to the fence. My peace of mind has been addressed with the fence. My dogs enjoy their freedom and of course I enjoy mine. He is also very easy to work with and I think is a real dog lover. I have been talking him up to the people I work with and he will definitely be the one I recommend if a dog containment fence is required. I am so glad to have found him when I was searching. This was a most wonderful experience. Jason and Jacob were outstanding. They explained everything to us and got the fence in fast. And this is a BIG FENCE.

Jason also came back during a day when my wife could be home and helped by explaining things again. Jason also came back a few times to work with our dogs personally and that was fantastic.

If I ever need a dog fence again - You Bet 100% DogWatch of Northeast Wisconsin will get the call.

I was extremely impressed with Jason and the installer (sorry, can’t remember his name). The system has worked very well (except for a power outage). Everything was very well explained, follow up was excellent, and I no longer need to worry about my escapee mini doodle. After one month, all flags are down and I am confident for her safety. Highly recommend!!

Very easy to work with. Making sure the dog stays safe and will not run thru the fence is their #1 priority. After two lessons my dog had it down. Jason and his staff were very easy to work with and were very affordable.

They were very professional. The technician did a great job installing what he could - in JANUARY - and then came back in early Spring to bury the line. Jason was awesome with the training. My dogs are respectful of the fence but were never afraid of the yard. My Houdini dog who could escape from any physical fence is now contained and safe! This is a great product and I would recommend them highly.

System works perfectly I have no problem with any of it and our dog has responded quickly to it. The installation and training went on with out any problems.

Enjoyed working with Jason. He really knows his stuff. Did not think the fence would keep our younger dog in the yard. So far so good.

Couldn't have dealt with nicer folks. They did a professional job and my dogs were treated humanely. Best of all they stay in yard even when distracted by wildlife and other dogs.
Several suggestions for improvements are (1) provide installers with a layout of where the wire is to be installed. There are plenty of drawing programs (some at no charge) that would make communicating to the installers concise and clear. Verbal communication can be difficult. There have been times where I felt that I clearly stated something and found out that others mistook what I was trying to get across to them. If this isn't possible, just sketch it out for them. The second suggestion (mostly for Kohler or for folks that are fussy about their lawns - I'm not), find a way to make the installation "invisible" or patch up areas where the equipment leaves ruts.

Great product and service and very helpful training (of the dog owner!). We were very happy with the humane way our Jasper was introduced to the system. Thank you!
