The entire process, from Bob explaining the system to Aileen scheduling and Jonny installing and training, has been an extremely positive experience. They were easy to work with and made scheduling changes when necessary. I outdid definitely recommend Dogwatch to anyone looking for a hidden fence. Our Sadie respected the fence when both people and animals were outside.

Aileen is very friendly, responsive and helpful. I had a new collar, a replacement collar, and some new yard flags in one day.

Bob was so wonderful! He did all he could to resolve my issue and did so in record time! Love the communication and effort!!

Overall their product is excellent. Works great. We have a 170 lb Irish Wolfhound and we have no worries at all. The people he used to train the dog were awesome. So I would say if your looking to buy an underground fence this is worth every cent. The only tiny little downside was we had a small communication issue but Bob resolved it quickly.

This was my 5th dog that DogWatch has trained. They are prompt, reliable, pleasant and knowledgeable . I enjoy all their employees and could not have dogs without them as I live on a County Highway where traffic is heavy and fast. I have NEVER had a dog run through the boundary fence and I attribute this to their excellent training. Highly recommend!

Bob and Aileen are the best, would recommend them to anyone with a pet.. Our Cavapoo, Jessie was trained 3 years ago as a puppy, never would have thought he would have stayed in the yard. Now they came back for our Standard Poodle, Scarlett, and in the middle of winter she trained so easy. Thank you Bob and Aileen, now we can put our dogs out without worry.

Although our experience is on going, I feel that it has been extremely positive. Every time I had a concern, my phone call was returned promptly. They were also flexible when I had to change my schedule.

I brought my German Shepard puppy (Ella) home in early June, I have a fair amount of property however do have neighbors that border each side of me, with that I wanted to be fair to the puppy as well as my neighbors.

I did the research and discussed some concerns with the Team at DogWatch of Upstate NY, LLC with regards to preventing a violation of such laws noted below (Understanding that unusual occurrences do exist) as well the concern of other pets, "Passing Through", they spoke of the local laws below and in the end provided much needed reassurance:

Local laws (such as the Town of Oxford) Section 7 Prohibited Acts: It is unlawful for:

Any owner to allow any dog to run at large.

Any owner to fail to restrain any dog by an adequate collar and leash unless it is accompanied by its owner or a responsible person able to control it by command, when not on the property of the owner

Any owner or custodian of any dog to fail to confine, restrain or present such dog for any lawful
purpose pursuant to this Local Law or Article 7 of New York State Agriculture and Markets Law.
