Genelia, provided excellent support and was very knowledgeable related to the product. Though, i am not impressed or happy with Dokan as a plugin. It's very limited, no developer documentation no rich addon repository.

But support is amazing ! 5 stars for support and 4 star for Dokan.

I am about to embark on a journey to build a C2C site and it seemed to me that Dokan is pretty predominant as a platform offering the multi-vendor services. I need to use some complex shipping setup that wasn't available in the Free version of Dokan. Shipping are there in Standard and pro versions, but I wasn't getting a clear understanding of the differences between them. On chat support I spoke to Burak about it. He is proficient and knowledgeable and explained to me the options relevant to my specific situation. That helped clarify things for me. Additionally, I learnt that I could purchase Standard and try it for 14 days. In case I feel I am not getting what I want I could always easily upgrade. This is super valuable and probably the option that i would go for.

Dokan to be a fantastic solution for setting up an e-commerce platform. The features are robust yet easy to use, which has made managing my products and orders much simpler. The ability to track vendor performance and sales reports is particularly useful for making informed business decisions. Additionally, the integration of various payment gateways has made transactions smooth for both me as the seller and my customers.

Dokan's customer support has been excellent too they're always quick to respond and very helpful. Above all, I really appreciated Fayeakuzzaman's technical support, who helped me configure the Add New Staff option in my marketplace, and I'd like to thank him very much for his support.

Overall, I'm happy with the experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to start their own online marketplace with Dokan.

Dokan is a comprehensive marketplace plugin which provides great value and opportunity to anyone wishing to start a marketplace business. Clara was very helpful in dealing with my questions regarding Dokan features and capability. With so many available plugins and add-ons Dokan can provide your website with all the bells and whistles you need.

I was evaluating Dokan and the woocommerce auction plugin. Catherine spent a lot of time answering some fairly in depth questions and doing research on the product to give me accurate answers. She clarified that she understood my questions properly and was overall very helpful. I haven't decided to purchase yet, but was very impressed with the information and help Catherine gave me. Definitely makes me more comfortable with how they handle support.
