I bought an ADX titanium bike in November. It was a great service from the whole team. The bike fit made sure I had the perfect frame size for me. The bike is a joy to ride, perfect for winter club runs and longer touring trips. Comfortable and great fun to ride. Thank you very much to the Dolan team.

Can’t rate Dolan highly enough, not only are the bikes exceptional quality and competitively priced but the service is second to none. I have recently bought my 5th bike from them and I could not be happier with it.

I did a lot of research before purchasing my new bike. From my first visit to the showroom Dolan bikes were brilliant. I wanted an upgraded bike that matched my needs. I had a full bike fit with Tom, who was so helpful, and went ahead and ordered my bike. They kept in contact with me about my bike. Picking it up was fantastic, John was so helpful. All the dimensions and advice worked and I now have a bike that is built for me, spec’d to what I wanted.
I’ve been out on my first ride today …. What an absolute pleasure to ride. Glad I went with the upgraded carbon one-piece bars and the bespoke colour. What a bike! Thanks for all your help Dolan. Highly recommended5*+.

They spent a lot of time getting the fit of my bike just right. The bike was then built and delivered within the time frame they’d quoted. Im finding the bike a joy to ride.

I have now bought two bikes from Dolan in the past 5 years - a Rebus and a Tuono. Both are excellent and very good value for money. The build quality is fantastic and a custom build avoids the need to change components at additional cost.
My most recent purchase was my Tuono. To start, I booked a full bike fitting, where I was asked about my cycling habits, future goals and what I was looking for in a new bike (for me, an endurance bike with a 'Roubaix' set up). The full fit also looked at my shoe fitting, seat fitting and suitability as well as the optimal set up for a new bike (though Tom also adjusted the seat on my Rebus from the fitting). We then talked about options for the new bike. We had a good discussion, my questions were answered throughly and there was no upselling - in fact, in a couple of cases, I was advised to take a lower-cost option. The bike fit also revealed I needed a larger frame than I would have chosen if I'd ordered without one, so from that alone, I would recommend a fit or at least a conversation before ordering.
Ordering was simple enough. The great thing about Dolan is that you can pretty much customise your bike build to your fit and budget, starting from the base build - there's no buying a 'standard' build and then having to replace the wheels / stem / saddle etc after purchase.
If I had one small gripe, the order to delivery timescale was two or three weeks longer than initially communicated, and I needed to email a couple of times for updates (which were quickly replied to). My set up included custom paint and the anti-scratch paint treatment, which caused a delay - perhaps Dolan could have been a little more pro-active in keeping me up-to-date with the status and expected delivery date. Tiny gripe over!
So onto collection. I chose a collection because that enabled me take the bike fully set up to my bike fit measurements. At collection, I was introduced to my new bike, given a quick tour of the features offered any advice that I might have needed. I was also given a couple of water bottles, which was a nice touch. The bike looked absolutely fantastic and I was very happy.
I've now had the bike for around a month and done a few 40/50 mile rides on it (in winter conditions). The fit is fantastic and it's very comfortable to ride. The build is sturdy and the Tuono is very responsive to putting down the power. One of my worries about an endurance bike (from experience with another brand) was that the bike might be sluggish but its actually as quick as my Rebus - so the 'Roubaix' set up is there! I'm really happy with the bike, the fit, set up and appearance and would definitely recommend Dolan (and do). I'll be back when it's time to buy again!

My gxa has been my main means of transport to work for nearly five years. It's not the longest commute but March to October I try and take it with me once or twice a week and ride home from wherever I'm working in west Somerset. Paint finish is excellent and it always cleans up like a nearly new bike when cleaned. Geometry is slightly conservative but does mean it's lively and turns well on the road. I tried a friend's kinesis tripster recently and didn't find it agile enough for me. I probably use it 99% on road but given the state of the lanes through the hills they're not a lot smoother than gravel anyway! It's great to have the ability to cut across the Quantock hills on the gravel fire roads if I'm working that way.
Customer service has been excellent and sorted the couple of small component issues I've had over the years.
Only thing I'd like to see changed is full length cable outer's for the mechs. Newer models may well come with that I don't know. Apart from that it's a great bike and I'll continue to enjoy riding it!

I ordered the titanium ADX from Dolan. The fact that you can spec the bike through the website appealed to me rather than buying a stock bike with no say over the parts. The bike arrived and was put together properly. It looks superb and rides and handles brilliantly. It has surpassed my expectations and provided excellent value for money. Well done Dolan!

I had a bike fit and purchased a new bike from Dolan. Everything went very smoothly, the advice and results of the fit were spot on. The new bike is superb, built to my spec absolutely spot on.

Recently ordered a new Rebus Road bike frame from Dolan Bikes – my third bike from them – and I’ve always been a big fan.
Ordering was straightforward; the hardest part was choosing a custom colour! After making my selection, I emailed to ask about using Cycle Scheme vouchers. The reply was prompt, and the process was easy to complete.

Once my voucher was processed and uploaded, my order was confirmed. A few weeks later, the frame was ready. As I was going to be away, Dolan were more than happy to delay shipping so someone would be home to receive it – a great touch of customer care.

After unpacking and building, I couldn’t be happier. The frame is excellent quality, exactly what I’ve come to expect from Dolan. Now the bike is fully built, and I’m looking forward to many adventures ahead.

I ordered an ADX customised to the spec I wanted from a great range of component options. The bike arrived a week or so ahead of schedule and had been assembled with care. Communication via email was rapid and I cannot recommend these guys more highly if you are considering a titanium bike.

These guys are fantastic. You can custom build your bike to your exact specification including colour schemes. Nothing is too much trouble and always quick to reply to emails. Thanks guys

Online build process was simple.
The custom paint job is stunning.
Delivery was delayed due to staff sickness, but this was well communicated throughout.
Build quality is very good indeed.
Bike is an absolute delight.

I picked up my Dolan Tuono from the Dolan showroom around a month ago and am delighted with both the bike and the fantastic customer service I have received both during and after the purchase.
The order was a little delayed during the build due to staff sickness, but I was kept fully informed during this short delay and the bike was ready at the agreed revised date.
The bike is wonderful to ride and the Ultegra Di2 is just a joy. I’m looking forward to many years of quality cycling on my Tuono!

I have had my new Dolan Tuono for a week or so. I am loving riding this bike. It rolls along and feels incredibly comfortable. I had the basic bike fit before buying which I would highly recommend. The staff were amazing throughout and did not try and upsell but provided honest and valued advice. The prices are extremely competitive and the level of service could not have been any better.
