Very unprofessional – I lost money and time
I ordered professional spray tan products from Dolce Glow and paid around 5,000 DKK + 1,300 DKK shipping to Denmark.
Because of missing information from the sender, UPS could not deliver my package. Dolce Glow first admitted this was their own mistake. Later, they changed their explanation and claimed it was because I didn’t pay duties/taxes – but I never received any notice about this, and UPS told me directly that the issue was missing information from the shipper.
Now, after my review, Dolce Glow changed their explanation once more, saying it was actually a “miscommunication between UPS and them.” These constant contradictions only make the situation more unprofessional.
After more than a month of waiting, they refunded only the product cost – not the expensive shipping fee. So I paid 1,300 DKK for nothing and lost valuable business time in my salon.
Communication has been slow, contradictory, and unprofessional. As a business owner depending on these products, this experience has been very damaging.
⚠️ I cannot recommend ordering from Dolce Glow if you are based in Europe.
After many contradictory explanations and more than a month of waiting, I finally received a refund for both the products and the 1,300 DKK shipping fee. While I did get my money back, the whole process was slow, confusing, and very unprofessional. I will not be ordering from Dolce Glow again.
