It's now been 15 days and still…
It's now been 15 days and still nothing. I have no bracelet and never received a confirmation email so have no order number. I had ordered a special personalised bracelet for my great niece's first birthday and felt upset that I did not get it for her. Don't order from here..they don't respond.

Paid extra for next day delivery by 1pm and item never received. Put in the notes to contact me if there are any issues for them to get in touch but I have heard nothing. Called several times but no answer so I have left voicemails but still have no item or information.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ANYTHING OFF THIS SITE I BEEN WAITING 14DAYS FOR A BRACELET I ORDERED MY 1 YEAR OLD FOR HIS BIRTHDAY THEY SAID IT GOT SENT TO ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS UNTRACKED, ON THE 26TH OF JULY BUT WOULD TAKE 2-5DAYS AND STILL NO SIGN THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM ATALL DESPITE COUNTLESS EMAILS , IVE REQUESTED A REFUND AND I STILL HAVENT HAD ANY RESPONSE , WILL NOT BE USING THIS AGAIN!!! PLUS THERE ISNT ANY WAY OF CONTACTING THEM BUT EMAILING WHICH IS RIDICULOUS

Such a great product and amazing customer service
Such a great product. I was concerned about getting my order in time to give to my goddaughter and since I am from Birmingham I simply called up and the amazing team allowed me to pick the product up.
In addition the quality of the bracelet is amazing. I will definitely be using and recommending these guys again!!
