Dollpimp and their partner sent me a doll with a defect

They failed to notice the defect that was clearly visible from the factory photos. They kept saying that a simple repair will fix the issue so a repair kit including tpe to be sent
*the repair kit has failed to arrive fully

One should not have to repair a brand new product, its brand new for christ sake ! Even if the repair which is very invasive for the doll and intially will widen the hole as tpe melts the surrounding area, actually sticks somewhat, the area will always remain a weak spot. *Not to forget the toxic fumes that are produced during melting tpe

I AM NOT risking making the hole worse ! Dollpimp/6Ye keep insisting this technique (melt-tpe)
is the superior/professional to fix this.
*I discussed this beforehand with people who are no strangers to doll-repairs, they also were of the opinion that this defect will continue prove difficult to fully heal.

Conclusion:

"A superior method of repairs does not make up for the inexperienced hands"

If your method is so great then arrange for doll-repair service to come to my place and fix the hole that went over your head or sent a new body as compensation. I am open to discuss this, we were able to come to an agreement in the past.

The doll was in immaculate shape when received, and was everything I was promised. Looked better in person than the pre-shipment pictures provided by the company. I plan on doing business with DollPimp.com agin in the near future.

Fantastic job. The paint job is immaculate, fantastic communication from the team. Was an impulse buy so it’s just sitting in my room but I’m a LoZ fan so it’s like having a big squishy pillow in the corner. lol 😆

I received continuous information about the status of the order. Everything arrived within 30 days. I received answers to my questions within a short time. I got the selected product at a good price. Everything went well, recommended dealer.

So, I went with the Lusandy Maya 170. For my first experience I wanted life like all the way down to the toes. I didn’t want a doll with floppy toes or fingers. No, bolts on the bottom of the feet. And so much more. Wow, I am glad I did. This doll is hot. After deciding to order from dollpimp I realized after paying that Maya was on back order! I was bummed thinking it was gonna take a month and half to get the doll because of back order.

I ordered her on Oct. 30. On Nov. 5th I got an email from FedEx claiming my order was on standby to be shipped and would Arrive on the 7th. I was beyond excited and kinda in disbelief. Could it be true? I sh*t you knot. The next morning on the 6th I got an update confirmation letting me know Maya would arrive around 11am-3pm that day!

I am in California and they have a hub about 2 hours away. So, I have that to my advantage. Sure enough 11 am and FedEx driver is carrying the 6 foot box to my door. 7 days from my online order to my door! Box was in pristine condition. Not a dent to be seen. Out of the box the doll is amazing. Super life like. Super soft. Amazing detail.

Sounds like more of a review for Lusandy but dollpimp is legit and got her to my door. They are 100% legitimate supplier from my personal experience.

If you’re looking to buy a doll. Read the details. Find a doll you like and get to know all the features it has and doesn’t have. Research before you order. Don’t get all horned up and just buy whatever because you just want to…. You get what I am saying. Buy with a clear mind if you know what I mean.

I’ve bought 2 dolls from them and they’ve had great communication and services with those two experiences. I reached out because one of my dolls had a tear and they helped out and helped me get a replacement. They also helped with some import charges I had for a recent order and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Even covered my charge. Any communication I have had with Doll Pimp has been answered quickly and accurately. I ordered an in stock Dolls Castle 170 B from them. Checked the authentication code with Dolls Castle and she is genuine.

It took extra time for her to get here but the fact that she did despite the wild fires close to their warehouse, speaks volumes about them doing the best that they can.

They just let me know via email that even though they do not carry the 166cm Fire Doll I am looking to buy next, they will get her for me when I am ready to make the purchase. If the price is close to what competing websites are offering then I would not hesitate.
