I had a terrible experience with DoMyCoding. I paid around $150 upfront for their most expensive service to create a simple grid-based terminal game in C++. I gave them a whole month to complete it with very specific guidelines about the features I wanted. When I received the code, it was completely wrong—none of my instructions were followed. The code ran in their screenshots, but the game made zero sense.

After seeing how bad it was, I tried to cancel and get a refund, but they refused. Even though they claim you can get your money back, it’s a lie. I never paid the full amount because I was required to pay half at the beginning, but they still took $150 and refused to return it. I ended up coding the whole game myself, and it was totally possible to create, which proves they just didn’t care to do it right. I also noticed something suspicious—most of the other reviews seem fake. Take a look, and you’ll see that they were all posted around the same time, typically at the end of December or in January. In this review, I will describe compensation and the process of Domycoding.com

Below is my review, their customer manager try to contact me but here is no reply system and their live chat do not allow me to contact Iris T. so I left their compensation process and result

1. a terrible assignment from Domycoding.com prevented me from passing that assignment. I completely missed the opportunity and flunked the course.
2.I pointed out the problems with the assignment and asked for a refund.
3.Domycoding.com offered me a 30% refund.
4.I couldn't accept it and demanded a refund of at least 80% along with feedback on their deliverables.
5. Domycoding.com again offered a 60% refund.
6. I was so exhausted by this process that I accepted a 60% refund

ONCE AGAIN DOMYCODING.COM DOES NOT OFFER A 100% REFUND!!!!

I have used do my coding 2 times now - the first time - had to make multiple corrections - time management and complaint management were a disaster.

The second time I got an incomplete program. A program that you have to reopen several times for the database to renew itself. I was told that this was not explicitly explained in the assignment, of course this is nonsense, because this is part of a functioning program. I am really shocked by the poor service - so far I have only received almost the same answers from the clerk - no one who takes a stand on the issue - while I have only asked for a pro rata refund. At the same time the error messages were incorrect. This is absolutely not a well running nice program. Should I receive no further feedback from the service I will invite legal action - very annoying, as I had hoped for much more. My tip is to stay away from domycoding.com.
