Donate Stock has been a pleasure to work with. It's incredibly easy to integrate their platform with our giving page and CRM system. The customer service is professional, prompt, and friendly. When a financial advisor made a stock trade error, the head of Donate Stock immediately stepped in to remedy the situation.

As a new team member for my nonprofit, the team was very responsive to my request for assistance to access our account. Once in, they system was very easy to navigate as an administrator.

Caution alert for dealing with this company Donate Stock, who took my appreciated stock and unbeknownst to me put it directly into their OWN 501c "Donate Stock Charitable" and in multiple cases failed to transfer it into the target charities specified by me the donor. Donate Stock evidently pressed the target charites to "register" with them, and on multiple occasions when the target charities elected not to "register" with Donate Stock, Donate Stock Charitable simply kept my funds (stocks) for themselves, and did not refund me or even advise me after 4+ months that the intended recipient charities did not receive the stocks/funds I donated. Donate Stock's online dashboard misleadingly shows the failed transactions Donation Status as "Complete" although the stocks/funds have not been delivered to the target charities or refunded to me . It was difficult to speak to Donate Stock directly or via phone, as their main interface is their web portal and an online chat thread with their staff. The only somewhat positive note is that someone at Donate Stock has replied to the chat promising to try contact the intended recipients, however follow-up / resolution has not occurred at this writing. The donated stock value has deteriorated severely since donation date due to market downturns so this adds uncertainty about what will happen to my donated assets - timely delivery from Donate Stock to intended recipients and accurate reporting to the donor was obviously essential for these transactions to be viable, and failed unreliably.

I've used donatestock.com several times, generally stock donations. Love it, it simplifies the whole process!!

The folks at donatestock.com will handle all the details and made the process pretty painless. Once you set up your account you can always log in and see all your transactions and print them for your tax records. If you have any issues they will respond in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

It's like giving candy to a non-profit baby. It's simple, easy, and quick. And the non-profit gets sweet rewards quickly.

The customer services was outstanding. I wanted to submit my stock transfer information directly to my brokerage. I submitted a questions via chat on the donatestock.com website and received an email the next day with the information I need to provide my brokerage firm.

The transfer was seamless and I received a receipt the day the transfer was complete.

I have donated stock twice through DonateStock. The first time Schwab required their own Schwab form in addition to the DonateStock donation form. The second time the stock donation sailed through. I was apprehensive the second time because I figured Schwab would require more paperwork again. However, The DonateStock Customer Service team said they would watch it and they did. Nothing else was required. I greatly appreciated the prompt, professional support from DonateStock apprising me as my stock donation went through without any problems.
