The quality of the extensions is excellent, and the delivery was punctual, as was the communication with Customer Service. The only drawback was that the package arrived damaged, but that was part of the FedEx process.

I have now ordered from this company twice and I will continue to do so anytime I need hair extensions. The first time I ordered from them was the first time ever having extensions and I absolutely FELL IN LOVE!!!! The hair is high quality and blended with my hair perfectly! The 2nd time I ordered my new sets I had a problem with the delivery but they immediately fixed it and was so kind and helpful during the process!!! I highly recommend this company!!! And if you are on the fence about getting extensions get them you will not regret it!!!!

I have not ordered hair from them yet but I did send an email asking a question and they got back to me VERY quickly! And even offered me a 20% off first time buyer discount!!

Unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating. They did not keep proper records of my certification, and when I needed verification, I was told I would have to pay again to retake the certification instead of them keeping certifications for paying certified customers.
For a company that provides professional training, accurate record-keeping should be a basic standard. Requiring customers to pay again due to their own lack of documentation feels very unfair and unprofessional.
I strongly suggest doing research before choosing where to get certified, as this experience ended up costing me extra time and money.

I'm just so disappointed. I ordered hair (one full pack) in 2024 and it was absolutely gorgeous - very full, nice thick ends. I ordered the same thing in 2025 (one full pack) and it was absolutely horrible. It was probably 60% of the thickness/volume from the year before. I reached out to customer service and they're unwilling to help outside of a 25% discount - big deal, they offer that on Black Friday anyway. They won't admit to a reason it was so different and thinner. I also sent photos that were taken within a few days after install and clearly show a difference. Something obviously changed between the years - either decreased hair per pack, manufacturing changes, thinner ends/more short hairs, etc. It's gaslighting to see a huge change but no one will admit to it. Until DB makes this right, I'll be writing about my experience all over the internet.

It seems not that they are inexpensive and have great reviews, but you’re really just paying for the inexpensiveness. The reviews must be a scam because this was properly installed to the T and started falling out after a few days. The adhesive must not be as durable as the more expensive brands so you are wasting money by going the cheaper route. Besides that it starts falling out after a few days, the hair starts to feel crusty after a wash or 2 no matter if you add oil to the ends and heat protector to help keep the hair in tact. The hair is very thin to begin with that if you’re looking to add length you’re going to have to add tons of hair to get it to blend.

Been buying Donna Bella Extensions for 10 years. The quality has increasingly gotten better , not that they were bad, they've just improved. Also, customer service is an added plus, and was very helpful with my order when we thought it had been lost.

I don’t know what has happened to the quality of tape ins you guys used to carry.. but the last FIVE orders of tape ins my client has purchased from Donna Bella HAS BEEN ABSOLUTE TRASH. So total packs purchased has been at least 25.. every single time we’ve installed NEW HAIR the tape that YOU GUYS have provided on the wefts literally slide off and SOMETIMES there is even 2 pieces of tape layered onto 1 weft! The tape just sheds because it’s sitting on top of another piece of tape..
You guys have COST ME SO MUCH money because I’ve been re-taping and reinstalling so that I can keep a good rapport with my guest.. because of your INCONSISTENT product/production I am having to lose income to make something right that I DIDN’T MAKE WRONG in the first place.
I’m contacting a lawyer to see what my options are.
I’ve always recommended Donna Bella, to hundreds of ladies and that time might be coming to an end.
