I ordered sliding glass doors for an office from Omar who led me to believe made in Florida. I waited 8 weeks to get doors. I called several times and he said he will check with production. They were really on a ship from China.Very deceptive and dishonest
glass arrived and Chinese supplier got the width wrong so did not fit. I was out $2500 . They push you to customer service Estefany who does nothing and takes no accountability
I did not want product from China. They are an importer and distributor who pretends they manufacture in USA

In love with my new door. Excellent quality and finish!

Wrong color. The door is completely green, which does NOT match the picture on the website. During the checkout process, there is no option to "choose" the color of your door (green standard vs. white/frosted). This is buried in the legalese text, so that's complete BS. Also the door took 3 months to arrive, not 1. Completely unsatisfied, hope they go out of business.

I really loved it and It has truly transformed the look of my doorstep , very professional and respectful I recommend this to everyone I know

Door discounters let us down!
After purchasing an etched glass shower panel for our Maui home they sent me a confirmation of the sale for $951.70 which stated FREE DELIVERY Great!!
Within 24 hours I received an email indicating a new charge of $500 for shipping and then later it changed to a $900 charge for shipping cost. Alarmed by this I cancelled the order immediately. I sent numerous emails to their company and also to their facebook page messages . We also left a message on their store phone to make sure the cancelled order was addressed immediately. They admit they received my messages but now they won't give me a full refund. As of yesterday, they are charging a 3% cancellation fee. And then today they sent another email stating we owed a $50 fee for processing the glass. This is ridiculous! The amount owed to this company keeps changing and to say they have not been cooperative is an understatement. As a matter of fact the customer service associate (I.R.) hung up on us two times. What ever happened to the customer is always right?
Buyer beware!

The quality of our mirrored closet doors is perfect. They have a quality look and feel. The customer service was extraordinary, especially heping us with shipping damage beyond their responsibility.

I was pleased to find company that can make custom sizes with good crafsmanship.

The only disappointment was that delivery time took longer than promised.

I have designed the entire dining room space with a deco/streamline flavor, and the door I placed at an opening right by the apartment entry door has created the perfect finishing touch. The quality of the craftsmanship is second to none! Thank you for creating such a lovely, well-built product. I'm delighted!

Door was not placed where I asked them to place it which caused it to be saturated in water from the rain as well as came in with damages to it.
