Easy to order & great customer service
Quick delivery of samples and easy to order. Delivery company lost part of order and customer services were easy to contact and responded immediately. Replacement doors were despatched to installation site quickly.

Terrible customer support and delivery
I'm very unhappy with this company. My parcel was delivered to completely the wrong address and after I contacted them they just sent me an image of the parcel and said there's nothing that they could do.
Luckily, a random resident who received the person was able to contact me as my number was on the parcel, that was the only way I was able to receive my parcel. All this confusion took 7 days to solve instead of the 2 days the company stated.
Due to this, I lost my client and my own money.

To clarify the timeline, your order was placed on 14th October and delivered on 17th October. You contacted us later that day to advise that you had received confirmation of delivery but were unable to locate the parcel. Unfortunately, as this was late on a Friday, we were unable to obtain further details from the courier until the following Monday.
We agreed that if the parcel couldn’t be located by Monday, we would send a replacement on a next-day AM delivery. In the meantime, we shared the courier’s delivery images, which showed the parcel left with a neighbour. On Monday, you confirmed that you had located your delivery, and no replacement was required.
We truly regret any inconvenience this situation caused and appreciate your understanding. We always strive to provide a reliable and efficient service, and we hope our many positive reviews reflect the commitment we have to our customers.

Really great experience
Really great experience. I was buying doors for a bespoke project. I messed up my order( got a dimension wrong) called the team straight away and they were so helpful. They also called me as production was finalising to clarify some design detail.
Product arrived, excellently packaged, and fitted perfectly.
I’d order again from them knowing that the product is great, and that they’re there to help.
