Dotdotpet Reviews

Never received item left numerous messages n emails no reply what so ever had to contact my bank for refund. Avoid at all costs

I placed an order on 21 June, received confirmation of my order, and nothing since…It is now 13 July.
Despite several emails i have had zéro response.
Is this a FAKE company? If not, you need to work on your customer service….and I can’t Even cancel my order….

A very good schampo but sins it out of EU I had to pay as much in costum cost as the schampo cost it self😔😔

My order had shampoo missing. I contacted them and meot
they have sent out

I ordered the DotDotDog Prebiotic Detangling conditioning shampoo for Long Coated Dogs and Shine Bright Deoderising Spray & Home .
I have had great results with the shampoo and conditioner it leaves my Shih Tzu with a very shiny and soft coat that smells great.

Item looks good have t tried it as yet but good packaging and easy accessible item . Delivery okay but took longer than expected .

Can’t really rate the product. I haven’t received it yet

Excellent service , speedy delivery .

First did not know when ordering it was from another country. Pet Pet did not fill out proper customs form to send to US. FedEx said they had reached out and did not receive a reply 3 times. Package of much need dog supplements sat in Menphis. After no Prior Notice was filed. Returned to company and did not get a refund.
