We worked with this team to implement Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM into our business, which isn’t exactly straightforward and needed quite a bit of custom work.

What stood out straight away was their communication – always clear, responsive, and easy to deal with. They actually took the time to understand how our business works, instead of just trying to fit us into a standard setup.

The project was delivered on time, which honestly doesn’t always happen with this kind of work. But more importantly, they got the details right. The custom functions we needed were well thought through and actually made our processes easier, not more complicated.

Kartik Shekhawat has been fantastic.

We have needed some extremely complex requests implemented into our CRM and not only has Kartik managed to understand what we are trying to achieve, he has consistently delivered and offered useful suggestions to improve our system.

He is always going above and beyond and answers our requests whenever we need them- on weekends or late into evenings. There are multiple occasions where we have needed new features or amendments urgently and Kartik has delivered them on time.

Kartik is a true asset to the company and the main reason why we would continue to work with DotSquares. I genuinely could not recommend him enough.
