Following a detailed investigation, we confirmed prohibited and fraudulent gameplay activity that violated our Terms of Service and Rules. As a result, the account was closed, and any related redemptions were canceled.

Based on the findings of our investigation, we are unable to reopen the account or reinstate the canceled redemptions.
