I signed up for the Call to Client Challenge because I wanted more than general advice about creating an offer, finding clients, or using AI. I already had ideas, experience, and several possible directions, but I needed a clear structure that would help me narrow everything down into one offer, one ideal client, one enrollment event, and a practical path for turning that into clients. I was also interested in seeing how Doug had updated the challenge using AI and EventStack.

My biggest takeaway has been that a five-day challenge should not just be five days of content. It should intentionally move the right person from the beliefs keeping them stuck to the beliefs and clarity they need to make a buying decision. The daily assignments helped me refine my AI Workflow Build offer, define exactly who it is for, identify the false beliefs my ideal client holds, and create my Manual to Managed challenge with a specific promise and outcome.

I also appreciated that the sessions did not stop at theory. Doug showed the strategy, explained how the pieces connect, demonstrated the tools, and gave us something specific to complete each day. The sections on simplifying the offer, creating a repeatable event, using live training to build trust, and focusing on one traffic channel were especially useful to me. EventStack also made it easier to take rough ideas and turn them into something organized that I could review, challenge, and improve.

At the time of writing this, I have completed the first four days, and I already have significantly more clarity around my offer, ideal client, challenge, and promotional direction than I had before starting.

For anyone considering joining, I would say this is most valuable when you show up ready to think, make decisions, and complete the assignments. It is not something to watch passively and expect the business to build itself. Even if you already understand offers, funnels, challenges, or AI, the process can help you identify where your message is too broad, where your offer is unnecessarily complicated, and what needs to be simplified before you try to scale it.

I signed up for the Launch Your Challenge workshop in order to keep focused on making progress with my income goals. I also wanted to hone my delivery skills for one to many presentations. I enjoy learning from Doug Boughton, who is methodical, thorough, organised and has achieved excellent results in his own business journey.

My biggest take away from the workshop was that, as soon as I feel ready to present a group challenge and have everything aligned to support it, I want to do so. I know that there are many people who need what I have. Presenting one to many would mean that I could serve more people faster.

I have not been a good example of how to get consistent traffic in the past. Doug showed us ways to make it effortless. I would recommend this challenge for anyone who consistently wants to grow and reach their targets. It is an essential place ro be.

What struck me most was the level of system behind the week. Nothing is accidental: the daily structure, the action tasks, the app keeping score, the way each session builds one idea on the last. The format has clearly been refined over many runs, and you learn as much from watching how the week is operated as from the content itself. The session on offer math (room size, conversion rate, price) made the model concrete enough to apply the same day.

This was a really solid amount of information and resources for the enrollment price. I enrolled because I want to try running 5 day challenges instead of single-day workshops, and my favorite part was the training on improving the show up rate and the pitch.
