I have a good level of respect and trust in Justin who has been our POC for my Pension since 2024, and am very happy currently at the performance of my Pension which he advised switching from a different company to Aviva, he did have a bit of a task to persuade me as my previous provider was, i thought, doing very well, that said I decided to take his advice and chose a managed plan, this has been having a great return in the last 2yrs so obviously I am very happy!

David has been my financial adviser for the last 25 years and we meet approx. 3 to 4 times a year to discuss mine and my wife,s pensions and ISAS. Our Investments have done really well over the years outperforming all the markets even during Covid . David is very knowledgeable and listens to any ideas we have then advises accordingly. We have a business and also invest profits from that and they are doing very well . David and Gavin and his team are easy to contact and will give you very good advice on investments and also business idea's .My wife and i are now in a very comfortable position thanks to David and his Team Thank You .

I was slightly anxious about starting on this journey with Unbiased. However, once I had an advisor, Mark Donohue from Douglas & Steers, following up on my enquiry, it went smoothly at a pace that I was happy with. Communiaction was always clear and informative and at no time did I feel under any pressure to. make decisions. I was able to take the time I needed to reflect on my course of action and I feel confident about the advice that I have received.

Very reliable and trustworthy advice regarding finances and pensions etc have used them for many years and would recommend there services. David and Ben have been especially helpful helping to sort out problems with some companies that have proven to be difficult with some of there actions.

I have been dealing with Danny Gunn who has been consistent. Always keeps in touch and replies to any queries that I have extremely quickly. The advice that he gave was informative and he took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He came to my home on 3 occasions to go through the process of moving my pensions to a new provider. Explained the fees and ongoing cost. To be honest, I couldn't have wished for a better person to discuss my pensions needs with. I would highly recommend him.

I first contacted Douglas Steers & Co speculatively in the summer of last year. I have been very pleased with the advice and help provided by Henry Steers, who consolidated my many diverse and underperforming pension funds into a single fund which has since performed very well. Henry has been very responsive and professional, offering good investment advice and demonstrating flexibility during an uncertain time for pensions. Always attentive and willing to visit to discuss options, Henry has my full confidence to manage my new drawdown pension going forward.

I put my personal pension into the hands of Douglas Steers in Feb 24. Over the last 2 years I have drawn down a significant monthly pension, covered all costs and seen the value of the fund increase noticeably. I have now increased the amount of drawdown and considering taking a lump sum for home improvements. The pension fund is invested in 20 separate funds, that provide a well balanced international portfolio tailored to suit my personal risk preferences. Since the start I have been impressed with the advice and guidance received and the performance has exceeded my expectations. David Steers makes appointments to see me either at my workplace or my home. David is always on time and polite. His expertise is phenomenal. My investments managed by this Company have been extremely successful. On occasions I have asked for advice - he has always been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

I conducted research and visited 3 FCA companies, and I found that Justin was an excellent communicator with no jargon. He clearly explained my options on a whiteboard and no hard sell. Toby at Douglas Steers has provided me with lots of valuable information in order to make informed choices and decisions in relation to my pensions and other investments.
