Excellent in Every Way
I can't believe how good my experience has been with Doxdirect. I've never had anything printed by an online supplier before, so I was a bit nervous, as I wanted 1000 flyers for a Hedgehog Sanctuary that I support. I checked Trustpilot reviews and decided to go ahead, as most of the (very few) 1 star reviews were about delivery issues, so probably down to RM or a dodgy Courier. The process via their website was an absolute doddle, with every option you can imagine. Size, colour, binding, weight, satin finish or matt, everything. I had to guess the paper weight, as I had no idea what the weight was of the old one I'd been given. I took a scan with my tablet camera, and the image looked great, but it all seemed too easy to be true. I was even more doubtful about quality when I got the quote. Just over £94 for 1000, with free delivery. I placed the order on Saturday 8/8. Excellent communication was provided by email, with planned delivery on 12th. Well they arrived today on 12th, via FedEx. I nervously opened the box. They are perfect in every way. Fantastic reproduction, perfect weight (I take the credit for that !), lovely satin finish. Plus a 10% discount on my next order. Doesn't get better. I'm trying to think what else I can get printed. Suppliers like this deserve my business, and will certainly get it in the future.
