Great experience, highly recommend!
Great experience, and highly recommended! Had my document brought to live which now allows me to use it throughout my coaching sessions. The additional of a plastic cover and additional front cover allows me to not worry about wet conditions.
I also had the thickness of paper increased, and it's a notable difference compared to notepad type paper (not a paper expert lol!). Just allows me to turn the pages back and forth with confidence of no rips or tears etc.
Already looking at getting more documents printed. The price was pretty good considering what I had.

DO NOT USE!
DO NOT USE!
This company has done everything in their power to try remove consumer rights in the UK and take zero accountability for their failure to produce quality products.
I ordered flashcards from this scam of a company, who took ages to produce the cards, using perfectly legible artwork with VERY clear cut-lines. When the cards arrived they had shrunk the artwork from an A4 size (6 x A7 cards) down to a single A7 card....completely useless and illegible now.
I logged a complaint with their "customer services" team on the same day I received the goods and immediately they blamed me! Citing 'automated' processes and all that nonsense, at no point did they bother flagging the issue prior to dispatching the products, at no point did they quality assure the products -- ZERO effort put in.
Every message received was a completely different incompetent individual citing the same nonsense and continuing to blame me. I asked to speak to a manager and once again my requests have been refused, this time citing that they only deal with people via email or live chat...again no manager in sight, no contact number, nothing.
After several back and forth emails, including making them aware of the UK Consumer Rights Act, they have even rejected national legislation making it out that their own contract takes precedence.
I have logged a complaint via PayPal (no real hope there because I have never seen PayPal ever take a customer's side), and they have pushed back on that too.
DO NOT USE this scam of a company!

Hello,
Thank you for your review.
We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We have discussed your order with you in detail, including with two of our managers, who have confirmed the same position based on the terms of our service.
Had you contacted us before placing the order, we would have been very happy to explain the available options and help you set the order up correctly.
That said, we have offered you a print credit for the printing costs so that you can place a new order with the corrected selections. We’re sorry that our correspondence has become frustrating, but we do ask that communication remains respectful so we can continue trying to help.
Thank you,
The Doxzoo Team

The quality and customer service is outstanding
The quality is outstanding, I had some technical issues with how the first run came out and after contacting the Customer Service they offered me a free re-run as a goodwill offer and helped me solving the issue; so I can only be extremely grateful!

Great quality
Great quality, I bought the synthetic paper, its doing the job being used outside in all weather for presenting to students as an instructor.
Only downside was I wish the turnaround was quicker, but I knew this when I placed the order.
