Excellent service. 5 star!! Super quick reply from my initial enquiry, and work was booked in for a few days later. New drain cover fitted and drive back up and usable. Really professional and polite service!

Drainage issues with blocked soakaways and main drain connections. From initial prompt site visit, excellent assessment of problems and advice given, to completion of remedial work, this company did a great job. Very reasonable quote, polite staff, kept informed and shown each stage of the work leading up to completion. Couldn’t ask for more.

Darren turned up on time and did an excellent job. The price was good as well.
He replaced one broken manhole cover and refurbished another.
I have no hesitation in recommending DPDS Drainage.

Brilliant fast professional friendly service.
Replaced old concrete sewer drain with new cast iron one set in tarmac.
Highly recommended.

Arranged a meeting with them for a home visit for 7.30 a.m this morning, frustratingly DPDS did not show up, and considered it Ok not to even call me to let me know they couldn’t make it.
So although we can’t comment on their work, their customer service is terrible, clearly not caring about their potential customers.
Poor show DPDS, we’ll take our business elsewhere .
Based on our experience would not recommend to anyone.

Response, again sums up the poor attitude.
Appointment was arranged over the phone on the Monday. When the no show happened , I called and left a message explaining the no show. Even if this was a misunderstanding - which it wasn’t - any decent company would have called back at the very least to explain their so called misunderstanding.

I’ve now reached out to two other drainage specialists in the area - they returned my calls promptly, no ‘confusion’ over arranged appointments and have been professional throughout… no issues whatsoever.

DPDS response is not true, and totally unprofessional.

Mistakes happen which is fine, but a sign of a decent company is, that when they own up to these, apologise and find a solution - this is clearly lost on DPDS as their comments clearly indicate.

DPDS installed surface water drains in our back garden in July this year but I delayed reviewing their work until we'd had some decent rainfall and a chance to see how it performs. We have clay soil and this is prone to flooding and forming large puddles in the lawn. These took several days to drain away and left the lawn in a very soggy state. I'm delighted to say that the land drains work extremely well and we no longer have an inland lake every time it rains. There are some areas which do still show surface water after a heavy downpour but they clear within a couple of hours, which is a massive improvement. The job was completed on time and with very little mess. After 4 months all evidence of the digging has disappeared and lawn looks great. Many thanks for doing an excellent job and I'd thoroughly recommend DPDS.

Immediate attention to request with quotation which was acceptable to me. Courteous, friendly and efficient team arrived as promised at 7 a.m. Worked steadily all morning digging trench etc in slight drizzle, and completed the iinstallation, leaving the garden immaculate If I have any further drainage problems I will call them, and would thoroughly recommend them to others.

We had a surface water drainage problem that was affecting a neighbour. I contacted DPDS, and a site visit was quickly carried out (on a bank holiday weekend!). The issue was quickly identified, and a quote was emailed to me that same day. The work was carried out over three days with regular photo-updates. Communication was great, the quality of work brilliant, and the site, a garden, was left neat and tidy. Thank you all at DPDS, we are very grateful to you.

I found DPDS to be a very professional company from start to finish.
Communication was great. A very efficient crew who arrived on time, quietly - as they start early and got on with the job. Site was always left clean and tidy and they did what they said in the quote they would do.
I will use them again if necessary and will heartily recommend them.
