Absolutely love my new Cotton Contrast Brocade Blouse purchased from Dracula Clothing. Beautiful quality material, fits well and looks stylish. Fast delivery and arrived safely in the mail. Excellent business to deal with. Highly recommend.

The team and their customer support is absolutely nice. If you have questions just ask them. The shipping ist very fast and the quality of the clothes and the fitting is absolutely perfect. The size chart is very presize. Just take your measurements and order the measured size.

I bought a winter coat and a skirt and both items have a very cheap unfinished feel to them, the hems on the skirt are unfinished and just serged as well as the fabric feels cheap and the coat is the same. The brocade feels cheap -it is very thin for a "winter" coat - its something I could only wear in the transition of fall into early winter here in Canada. The coat has loose threads all over it, the cuffs are awkward and feel unfinished. I got a 3x coat and it really feels like they only took the smaller size and scaled up without any though of how the coat would fit on a plus sized person. I am so disappointed. AVOID

I hope to return as I would have to make big alterations to both garments to make them even halfway decent to wear.

I bought items a few hours before a big sale started which really bummed me out, as I missed on the discount. I decided to contact customer support and they were very friendly and helpful.

The items I received were of great quality and are very pretty so I have been really happy with my order.

I recently made two purchases from Dracula Clothing. One was the amethyst waist cincher and the other was the red wool winter coat.
The waist cincher is absolutely perfect and it fits amazing and is super comfortable. I used it for a fantasy ball outfit and it really pulled the look together.

The red wool winter coat is also fantastic, however, I had the issue of two buttons coming off after just two wears. I contacted support about it and their representative was very fast to respond. I didn't expect any refund at all because it is an issue that is not hard to fix myself, but I was offered a partial refund anyway. Communication was great and the representative was very kind and helpful.
The overall quality of the coat is fantastic and it is very comfortable and warm. I just had an unfortunate issue with the buttons.

I definitely recommend shopping here if you like gothic and alternative style clothing. Good quality, fair prices and good customer service.

Exellent quality of the clothes, quick delivery. But there's more; I didn't receive a confirmation of my order, so I emailed them with the question if the order came through. I did the order as aguest, so could not even provide an order number. Still they traced my order by name and address, came back to me there there was a misspelling in the email address I provided. They confirmed the order and informed me the delivery woudl be delivered that day. And it did. Very trustworthy and great customer support

This is an exceptional company. The design of the clothing, the quality of the fabric, the sizing accuracy and the speed of shipping, all surpassed my expectations. You don't need to be a fan of goth or steampunk to find something that will fit into a classic wardrobe either. I received my order today and have already place order number 2. I had ordered a winter coat, but when it arrived it turned out to be way smaller than stated on the size chart. Obviously I was pretty devastated, but after sending an email it turned out to be a manufacturing mistake on their part and they offered another coat of my choice as replacement, free of charge. I was pleasantly surprised by this, so I agreed and the new coat has now arrived and fits great! The whole process was smooth and without any issues. And the quality of the coat is great and it looks beautiful! I'm very happy with it.

It took some time for the dress I ordered to get to me, it was no fault of Dracula Clothing at all it was the fault of the Shipping company who refused to deliver to my mailing address even though they delivered packages before. The customer service from Dracula clothing had been outstanding and for a while I had thought I lost the package I ordered due to the shipping company’s refusal. But then I get a wonderful surprise in the mail… my dress came and it arrived two days before I had to go to a special event.

My wife has wanted this coat ( the brocade pocket coat)for awhile so l bought it for her recently. The company posted the coat within a couple of days and it was delivered to the UK within five days, it would have been quicker but the package got held up in Germany for one day. The coat was boxed and well protected. The coat itself is of exeptional quality, thick and warm but not stiff or bulky, and the design is unique. My wife collects coats (amongst other things) and she says this is by far her most favourite coat ever. I highly recommend Dracula Clothing for the quality, great service and unique designs, and we will definately be buying more.
