I am writing to reiterate my complete dissatisfaction with this company, Dragon Funded. To this day, they have not resolved the problem with the trading platform and have simply started ignoring me both in chat and by email... DO NOT put your money with this company; you will only lose money and time. Trust the Trustpilot reviews... it will save you a lot of disappointment.

Worst company I have dealt with and seem to be scam. I trying to speak with support but they ignore my messages. Been asking for a refund and still nothing.

If you’re seeing this before your purchase DON’T BUY. And if you bought already and failed DON’T PAY FOR RESET.

This a very big scam, I passed my first phrase of $100k account with $10k profit target, they refused to update my account and dashboard. For the passed 11 days the live support refused to give any single response to my messages. And my email was never answered.

They don’t have any online communities like facebook and discord. The facebook page linked to their website is fake and doesn’t work same with telegram and discord.

This a very big scam! Be warned so you don’t fall victim m.

They still haven't solved the issue of my account when they now place my account breached.

Because if my account is $100,000, it's not $10,000. I had read bad reviews of Dragon Funded, but I didn't imagine it was so bad. They are getting confused with the amount of the account and that's why the violation. I need you to solve the matter so I can continue my trading.

el trader que no queria perder su tiempo y tampoco su dinero no le recomiendo para nada esta empresa el 23 de enero 26 compre una cuenta dragón instant pro de 200k y normalmente las cuentas instant no tienen evaluación pero cuando la compre mi salida como objetivo 20k un 10% bien el 24 de febrero complete todos los objetivos y mi llegan los emails de felicitaciones de tu cuenta aprobada y desde entonces a dia de hoy 15 de marzo 26 segú esperando la cuenta le hablo por Instagram y no me dan ninguna solución y envío email a suporte pero sin respuesta para mi no es una empresa seria y para nada recomendable hace no perdáis tiempo y dinero como me pasado a mi la peor empresa de fondeo que y visto

Hi, this is one of those scam prop firm in industry, running unprofessionally and unresponsive support both by chat support and email. Even their social media such as instagram and facebook are not responsive.

Ive purchased the 50K 2 Step Challenge on 2 February 2026, and I actually passed the 1 stage of the challenge, and I went to the dashboard to see for next step activation but unfortunately, it showed me that I breached the account by violating 4% Daily Drawdown on 3 different date. But when i go check my MT5 records, there is no day where I reached 4% Daily Drawdown instead all days are under 2%. I reached out to support and they are not helping but saying that their system detected the violation, i asked 2 times to review but still with the same answer eventhought I asked them to check on their system but they avoid it by replying same answer again and again.

Fine, I applied for reset account, after that I actually passed both stage 1 and stage 2 account on 13 March 2026, I went to dashboard, everything is good but when i try to click "Get New Account" for funded account it brings me back to the same dashboard. I didnt received any credentials regarding my funded account. So i reached out to chat support and email them few times until now, i still didnt get any response.

My advise please avoid this prop firm ! At the mean time, I will update my review again if there is answer from this prop firm or I get any response from email or chat support.

A lot of hiden rules and the dashbaord do malfunction and hardly update. Customer haven't responsed for the passed 24 hours.

They made it hard to even pass the challenge, and if you reach the target in less than the 4 minimum days you failed already. Not legit, even the social community the listed on the website is not even theirs

My experience with DragonFunded has been extremely frustrating due to the lack of communication and the excessive time required to handle a relatively simple issue.

On February 12th, after requesting a reset of a funded account, I was provided with a new trading account that was not properly connected to the dashboard.

I immediately reported the issue. While waiting for support to resolve it, I continued trading and successfully completed the challenge on that same account, even though it was not visible in the dashboard.

About a week later, the support team acknowledged the problem and provided another account.

Since then, my case has supposedly been under review.

Today is March 9th. It has been more than three weeks since I first reported the issue and more than two weeks since I completed the challenge.

What is most concerning is the communication. My last meaningful response from support was several days ago and multiple follow-up emails have remained unanswered.

For a paying customer and a professional trader, this level of communication is simply not acceptable. Not receiving updates for many days makes it extremely difficult to organize trading activity and plan work properly.

I fully understand that internal reviews may take time. However, leaving a client without any real update for almost a week shows a clear lack of respect and professionalism.

At this point I am simply asking for transparency and a clear resolution of my case.

I sincerely hope DragonFunded will address this situation properly. I will gladly update this review if my case is resolved.

I’m updating my review and lowering it from two to one star, unfortunately, because until the very end I hoped it was a young but serious company, but instead they disappeared.

لان هذه الشركة المحتالة اعطتني حساب مشترك مع شخص اخر لقد كنا نتداول بنفس الحساب وخالف الشخص الاخر القواعد وقام بأنهاء حسابي وقمت بأكمال الحد الادنى للسحب وقامت الشركة بالتهرب من الدفع انها نصابة ولدي كامل الادلة عليها

I have purchased a 50k account from dragon funded and my noted that the dashboard updation us very slow and even customer care response is also very slow. Dragon funded never wants any buyer to clear the challenge phase take payout rules are not clear.
They have consistency rule which they will disclose at the time of purchasing account and so many hidden in places which never allow buyer to take a payout.

Pls stay away from this propfirm

My experience with this company was bad. They're scammers. Before you buy an account, they show you rules, and then when you start trading, they tell you that you've violated the account rules because of other rules they make up.

I would like to share my experience with Dragon Funded.

So far, the support team has been very efficient, responsive, and professional. I currently have one payout request pending and another account under Phase 2 verification. Throughout the process, communication has been clear and transparent.

Up to this point, my experience has been positive. Now I am looking forward to seeing the same level of efficiency reflected in the payout process.

I will update my review once the withdrawal has been completed.

как и с предыдущим трейдером такая же ситуация, вязл акк на 100к прошел его за 3 дня , мне обьявляют о том что я нарушил правило и прошел аккаунт не за 4 дня а за 3, притом у меня профит показывает на 400 больше чем их сотрудник предоставляет цифры вот переписка. все скрины имеются

I’ve successfully received both my payout and evaluation fee refund, and the process was completely seamless. Funds were processed faster than expected, and communication was clear throughout. This definitely helped build trust.

I recently passed the challenge and got funded faster than expected. The setup process was smooth, and everything worked exactly as explained.
