Very prompt service by Drain Doctor, with a technician arriving with an hour. Really friendly chap who was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. The problem with our kitchen waste pipe was fully resolved in less than an hour. I was very happy with the service received and would have no hesitation in recommending Drain Doctor to anyone with a blocked drain.

Top class service! After not being able to use our garden because of mysterious smells from the drains. They were round within an hour, worked out the problem straight away, and booked in for the works within the week. Clean and tidy on site with friendly helpful staff. Hopefuply no more smells !! A good company to deal with. Clearly expert in what they do. The engineer who came to fix my drains quickly identified the problems. He returned layer to fix them. He was extremely helpful , explained what was needed - a pleasure to deal with - highly recommended.

The Drain Doctor team were really quick to respond to my first enquiry, and quickly arranged for an assessment. I am very pleased with the final job, which wasn’t a very straightforward one. The guys (Matt and Pete) were courteous, timely and worked really hard. I hope I don’t ever have any more drain problems, but if I did, I’d happily use Drain Doctor again.

Kirk completed a very thorough inspection and clearance of all our drains and manholes. His report was very detailed, supported by numerous CCTV photos and he left the site beautifully clean and tidy. He also worked throughout several very heavy rainstorms. From the first call to Drain Doctor all staff were efficient, polite and fully explained the process including pricing to clear a toilet drain blockage. Joe arrived early the next day (one other company had a 2-week wait!). Joe found the blockage and dealt with it quickly. He explained how the equipment worked, how he would find the blockage and then remove it. The site was left clean and tidy as though there had never been a problem. I would definitely use Drain Doctor and ask for Joe should we have another blockage.

Great service and very happy with the work. We ended up needing two visits but the 28 day guarantee covered the second. The first visit for a very slow draining sink got it moving again but must have dislodged something that then blocked the drain again. A quick email and the second visit was booked in very quickly. A bit more work on the second visit to clear the remaining debris and we now have a drain flowing better than it ever has. Great work and really good customer service.

He’s a hard worker/ fair & ‘just gets on with it’ until he needs your input ( not much as he knows what he’s doing) and then includes you in the decision making if there’s a option
The admin staff is through and do turn up / phone/ email when they say they will. - just a good honest ‘old fashion’ customer standard values
I have got another couple of jobs I need later in year I’ll just go straight to them. I don’t leave reviews as find them fake this is properly the 5 tone since reviews started. .

After a longstanding problem with our toilet, Drain Doctor visited and diagnosed the problem immediately. The engineer Kirk was very skilled and explained everything very clearly. He was very explicit about the report and how we move forward. Kirk was very friendly/professional and respected our home. We felt very reassured with his knowledge and expertise and would highly recommend him and his company.

Work completed by Joe from Drain Doctors was excellent, we had a drain smell problem coming into the house and Joe sorted the issue. It wasn't cheap but he layed out what was planned and the cost, all done onsite no need to contact base and then wait days to organise another engineer. DD are efficient from first contact to getting someone out. I've got drain insurance now but should have sorted that out ages ago. Advise is to get insurance as some jobs can be costly. Anyway highly recommend Drain Doctors.
