Excellent service from this company who came out on a bank holiday and sorted a blocked toilet and overflowing drain. Ross who came out was professional and polite and the communication was excellent at all points.

Workman was very polite and informative and keen to sort out the problem.I would highly recommend them as a company.They were also quick to access the problem and the receptionist was very polite and helpful .Best company I dealt with in sorting my Dads drain problem.Thanks for everything drain Doctor it's been a relief to have had the problem sorted.

Great Company. I had a badly blocked drain the Drain Doctor came out within 40 minutes, cleared the drain and put camera down drain to see that the pipes collars were damaged in 3 places.
Arranged to get them fixed and today Doctor Drain came and lined the pipe right to the road, checked it and a perfect fix. Thank you ☺️. I highly recommend this great company.

Drain Doctor Nottingham have been a pleasure to deal with. Hannah, Matt and Ross were brilliant. Easy to get hold of. Everything was explained clearly and work completed on time. I had pipes flushed and an inspection by camera to diagnose problems. Subsequently I had 2 terracotta pipes re - lined and a manhole re - benched.

Really great experience. Called within the hour to discuss the issue and they arranged for someone to visit the same day to assess the problem. Next day, Ross came at the time agreed and sorted it - no trouble, polite friendly helpful and efficient.

Amazing service we had an emergency last night and we called them. An engineer came today and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. He was very polite and professional and explained the issue to us thoroughly. He gave us a quote before fixing the problem to ensure we were happy with the plan. Thank you so much
