Drain Doctor - Stoke Reviews 

I phoned the Drain Doctor late Thursday afternoon to tell them we had a blocked outside Drain and they arranged to come out first thing Friday morning which they did and they also phoned 30mins to let me know they coming and arrived on time. The technician quickly assessed the problem and gave us a price to fix. 1 hr and the job was sorted very polite and cleaned up after leaving no mess whatsoever.
If I could give them a score out of 10 it would be at least 12. I would definitely recommend them i "hopefully not" but I'd 100% use them again thank you Drain Doctor Team. Brian Podmore.

We contacted Drain Doctor Stoke as my daughter had a blocked toilet and sink and water was leaking from the soil pipe. They arranged for Garth to visit and he rang me before he came to advise he would be with us in 45 minutes and he was. He quickly found the problem and did a great job of getting rid of obstructions in the soil pipe and drain. There was alot of mess but Garth cleaned it all up. A first class service.

Garth the engineer was courteous, professional and wasted no time getting on with the job and finding out the problem.

Guy was really nice, and I understand a set price, but £236 for him to put his hand in standing water and pull out some hair and leaves. Surely it should have been a lot cheaper than that. I'm disabled if I could have got down on the floor and put my hand in I could have done it myself. But to still be charged £236...

Great friendly service. Had a blocked toilet, tried everything that good old google suggested but nothing as going to shift it. Drain doctor were very helpful over the phone and had a sent out engineer within a couple of hours. Garth was helpful found the problem and kept me in the loop while sorting the problem out which was done quickly with a smile. A nasty experience turned in a pleasant one same day, I can highly recommend this company.

We had Garth from Drain Doctor come out to inspect our drainage issues at our industrial premises, and I can’t speak highly enough of the service. He was punctual, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly check all the drains and covers, and nothing was too much trouble. Another company spent a full day on site without diagnosing the problem, he quickly identified what he believed was the cause, and his explanation made perfect sense. His efficiency and professionalism really stood out.
Highly recommended for there expertise and honest, helpful approach.

Katie was very helpful and sorted my mom’s drainage issues quickly. She also used the camera to show us the likely cause of the blockage. She arrived promptly and was very professional. My mom was extremely grateful.

We had a very tricky problem in the end, but Drain Doctor and their fellow contractors did an amazing job. We're so grateful. It would have been 5 stars, but it took many days to escalate our drain problems. But they got there in the end, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome of such a difficult set of technical issues.
