12 weeks program
I did the 12 weeks program with Dr Andrew Harkin to improve my lower back pain and mobility. The initial assessment was via Zoom where we discussed my issues and goals. After that meeting, Andrew prepared a customised program. Andrew was always available for feedback and comments if I had issues and he tailored the exercises to my functioning level. I noticed a good improvement in my mobility and back pain. Even though I finished the program I continue to do the suggested exercises as I could see the positive results from the program.
