Not what's advertised
I thought I'd buy myself a birthday present of a drawing guide. It's advertised as a physical product with bonus items. When I paid for it I was charged twice. I was also charged shipping and handling fees. This is weird because nowhere does it state in the ad that this product is digital. I had to contact support to get the actual digital product and the misleading mystery box was also a mistake. I thought I'd receive some physical products like actual art supplies...but I did not. Just more digital stuff that is basically free if you know where to look. It's full of bad grammar and spelling mistakes also. Do not purchase!

Poor publication quality - full of typos and jibberish
The concepts shown are sound WHEN YOU CAN UNDERSTAND the text….. this document is filled with so many typos and absolute jibberish…. Phrases like: “Do slow and focus on angles and chapes. Strib lately. Wihat in front of you make sure you imprecise what it’s comes from behind”. Make it very hard to translate what the author(s) mean…. I am finding it very hard to figure out and am VERY Disappointed in the product quality.
