Simple and to the point.

Once I got set up for the telehealth appointment I checked in early expecting to wait. Dr. B was already there. He was very patient and kind when I didn't have my microphone on.
The appointment was quick and to the point.
No waiting in the lobby filling out a stack of paperwork or dealing with an overworked medical receptionist.
My prescription was ordered before we disconnected.

I love Dr.B

I love Dr.B! Its very common for me to get a UTI and I dont have insurance so Dr.B makes it so easy to just chat about my symptoms and pick up meds a few hours later for $15 you cant beat it! Thank you Dr.B!!

Waste of time

This service is completely useless and a total waste of time.
I tried twice, about 3 months apart, to get a simple prescription refill, and both times I was denied.
First, you have to go through a long list of questions, only to get rejected at the very end because you’re missing some specific lab result.
Second, it feels like you’re expected to have every possible lab test on hand, and not just that, but all of them must be less than 6 months old. These tests cost money, and it’s unrealistic to expect people to constantly repeat them just in case the system asks for one.
The worst part is that the system can randomly request a lab result you don’t have, and that’s it - instant denial, no flexibility, no real support.

I would not recommend using this service.

Fast and affordable

Im so glad for this service. For a simple infection that can be recurring, I’m so glad I don’t have to pay a $100 copay (yep, to see a specialist) to buy a $5 drug. Will be using them going forward.

You won't know the price until you go to pick it up.

I've filled two Rx with Dr. B. the 2nd time did not honor the "card" that Dr B sends to get the advertised price. Costco Pharmacy said the Mr. B discount card number did not appear in their system and they could not honor the price. The price was about 2x the price that was shown on the Dr. B website for this Rx and pharmacy. This means there is no way to know what price you will pay. Although the service was fast, if I don't know what price the pharmacy is going to charge, it negates the all other aspects of the service which was otherwise very good.

The discount card we provide is intended to help patients access lower medication prices, but in some cases pharmacies may not recognize the card immediately in their system or may have different pricing at the time the prescription is filled. While we strive to provide the most accurate estimates on our website, final pricing is ultimately determined by the pharmacy’s local system. We understand how frustrating it can be when the price at pickup doesn’t match the estimate shown online.

It is a great and affordable service

It is a great and affordable service. I got the prescription for my eczema the same day.
I would have had to take time off work and pay more to go see a doctor in person. My eczema is already cleared up. The Dr. sent me an email checking to make sure everything was going well and said they would check back when it's time for a refill. I am so happy with this service.

Hard to recommend

So I take some medication to which I already have a prescription. The website also wants me to take a blood pressure reading which I've never needed to do before.

Also I didn't remember our chat anywhere, so I'll have to start again. Really not a great "AI" solution.

Great Service

I was a little skeptical at first, just because it was pretty seamless and seemed too easy. I suspected I had a UTI, and I currently do not have health insurance, so I was looking for an alternative and found this site. I did have to provide a urine test photo (which I overnighted on Amazon), and was prescribed an antibiotic that was sent to my pharmacy. I’ve already recommended this service to others, as it was easy to use, and my UTI has resolved. I didn’t have to wait at an urgent care, and spend significantly more money for the same outcome. This is an amazing service that I will definitely use again in the future!

Absolutely worst company I have ever…

Absolutely worst company I have ever experienced. Paid for the upgraded video call service not a single email or follow up about the consultation. The site is a complete scam. Do not waste your money. We will be forming a civil lawsuit to compound anyone who has been ripped off by them, worst company EVER!!!

Everything is AI driven

Everything is AI driven so if things go smooth, you'll have no problem but I had the hardest time just trying to schedule a follow-up. There are never live people to help. I kept getting AI generated emails that never addressed my issue. Extremely frustrating.

I was prescribed medication with 1…

I was prescribed medication with 1 refill. Then when I paid again to reconsult and get an additional refill after a year had passed, I had a very hard time getting the medication I have been depending on. Then the policy suddenly changed from requiring a consult every 90 days to every 60 days (I was told these by two different support members on the same day). The service is very transactional and seems to heavily scrutinize customer data in order to get more of it.
