I had to buy a new battery Short story I had my drone sent for repairs. At store I gave them everything (or so I thought I did). When it came back repaired & I got home there was no battery. Contacted the store & was informed that the battery was not sent with the drone They told me that I had taken the battery home with me cause you cannot send batteries in the mail (totally understandable). I had to come back & buy a battery. I know the store has a checklist for that event. They looked it up & it was marked that they did not take the battery. & I looked everywhere here at home & no battery I do not know who is right or wrong here BUT you guys could have at the least given me a break on the battery - half price at least

Great people and very informative. The drone repair was completed professionally, and it’s back in action and flying great.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I was initially told the repair would be looked at or completed the next day, but it ended up taking three. Also, they’ve been very persistent about requesting a review—this is the sixth email I’ve received—so I’m mainly writing this in hopes the reminders will stop.

The staff who attended to me was able to assist me and answer my questions.

Good service to where received a brand new RC Pro for a small fee, but the turnaround time was a little excessive in the order of 4-5 weeks, when we were originally told 1-2 weeks, especially since there wasn't a repair, they just gave us a new one.

Great customer service everytime I come in or call in! My most recent interaction was after purchasing a DJI Neo Motion Kit, I found days later the drone had a flaw in the camera. Called the store & they invited me to bring it in for a look over. They sent it out promptly & to my amazement within days DJI out right replaced the drone free of cost because it was within a years manufacturing warranty. No cost whatsoever, including shipping fees.

Couldn't be more happy with Dr Drone staff & DJI as well. If only other companies were this to the point in solving issues, great job Dr Drone & staff!

The parts were slow finding ,because of the age of the mavic pro.So far I haven't put the drone in the air,but waiting for some better weather down here...I will let you know how the first flight makes out .

I bought my very first drone from Dr. Drone. Very good service and recieved my order on time. About 7 months after frequent use the circuit board malfunctioned on the drone. Contacted Dr. Drone and was given instructions on what to do. Long story short they got me all fixed up and back flying in short time.. Not only that it looks like they completely refurbished the drone to new status without charge to me. Outstanding company and will be buying a new drone from them also.
