Hi Bryan,

We're sorry to hear you feel this way.

Every competition and Instant Win at Dream Big Draws is awarded completely at random, so there is never any guarantee of winning regardless of how much someone spends.

Some customers will naturally win multiple times over a long period, while others may be waiting for their first win, that's simply how random draws work. Winners are selected using our random draw systems, and our draw results are published publicly for anyone to review.

Looking through our recent winners, you'll see a wide variety of names from across the UK, with new winners appearing every week alongside the occasional repeat winner, which is exactly what you'd expect from a random process.

We completely understand that it can be frustrating not to win, and we genuinely hope your luck changes soon. We appreciate your support and wish you the very best of luck in future competitions.

Kind regards,
Alexander

Hi Megan,
We're sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience.

We completely understand that not winning after entering competitions can be frustrating. However, as with any prize competition, every entry has a chance of winning, but unfortunately there can never be a guarantee of success regardless of how many tickets are purchased.

Our competitions are conducted in accordance with our published Terms & Conditions, with winners selected fairly and transparently.

To date, we've paid out over £2.5 million in prizes to more than 30,000 UK players, and every winner is genuine.

We genuinely appreciate every customer who chooses to play with us, whether they're spending a few pounds or considerably more, but we would never want anyone to spend beyond their means or with the expectation of a guaranteed return.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we wish you all the best moving forward.

Antwoord van Dream Big Draws

Hi Kai,

We're sorry that you feel this way.

Dream Big Draws takes security and fair play extremely seriously. To protect genuine customers and ensure prizes are awarded correctly and fairly, we occasionally carry out verification checks in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

In this case, verification documentation was requested before prizes could be released. During our review, a great number of discrepancies and linked account indicators were identified, meaning further information was required before the verification process could be completed.

Unfortunately, despite multiple requests, the outstanding information required to complete the verification process has not been provided. As a result, we have been unable to conclude our review or release any prizes at this stage.

We have never refused to review or process legitimate claims and remain willing to continue the verification process should the requested information be provided.

The security measures we operate are in place to protect all of our players and to ensure that Dream Big Draws remains fair for everyone.

Kind regards,
Alexander
