Fast and efficient payment options to great delivery. Lives and pre recorded sales are brilliant as you get to see how the fabric moves. Only down side I spend too much. 😂

Absolutely delighted with my purchases, and there have been a good few. Had issues with paying as I'm in Ireland, but thanks to the lovely staff that is now resolved.
The only criticism I would have, is messages, on the Facebook forum, are not replied to and that could be for many reasons, so maybe something to address.

Really friendly and helpful and always prompt responses to requests. Easy to pay following orders.

Such a helpful company, I have been buying fabrics from this company a few months now, great quality and price, the live sales are my favourite (although I do tend to spend way more when I watch them 🤣) I have had the odd wrong or missing fabric but it has always been sorted out very quickly and mishaps are bound to happen with a bizzy company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone A*****

Great prices. I had a product sent in error instead of the one I originally ordered, they sent me a replacement straight away.

I ordered 3 different fabrics from the online sale on Facebook over Easter, there was a little bit of confusion as to weather or not I had secured the items requested, but all sorted fairly quickly. I received my order 3 weeks later, and am absolutely thrilled with my selection, lovely fabrics, better than I expected, and so cheap, I will definitely buy from dream fabrics again 😊

I ordered 4 pieces of fabric from Dream Fabrics only 3 came, here we go I thought. I contacted Dream Fabrics on the Monday, 2 people emailed me before the day was out and I had an email from Evri saying they were expecting a parcel for me from Dream fabrics!! I had an email on Tuesday saying that the missing item had been dispatched and I was given the tracking number!!! I received my fabric on the Friday, anyone can make a mistake, companies should be judged on how they handle problems. The Fabric was cheap and stunning, my wife was able to cut out the garments on the Friday!! Dream Fabrics are a good company to deal with!!

Bit risky buying on-line unless you are totally aware of the different types of fabric there are when buying. I brought a few I can’t imagine what to make out of them because feeling and seeing them for real is difficult to beat.
Otherwise once you understand the process and invoicing has been sorted it’s not too long before you receive your fabric and all is well.

I’ve had lots of fabric from Dream Fabric. It helps if your aware of different fabric types when ordering. I have had an issue with one order, but they resolved it. I would say that overall I’ve been happy with their service. Just wish I could say the same about our currier.

As a repeat customer I’ve always been very pleased with the quality and price of the fabrics. Customer service is also excellent. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent fabric, lives on Facebook are informative about fabric, and well displayed. Delivery is what you pay for, express is next , and all my orders have turned up next day. Not ordered from website, so can't comment. But over all good quality fabric at affordable prices, and some great fabrics.
