Dreamholidays For Travel & Tours LLC Reviews

Zain did my booking for my flight to Australia I would highly recomend him his politeness and service was excellent I will defronatly recomend him for future bookings .

Great communication from Zain throughout my enquiry and booking process. Everything was so straightforward. Very reliable service, cannot recommend enough. Already been in touch to make enquiries about another booking through Dream Holidays.

I was introduced to DreamHolidays by a friend who used them on a trip, and I've been stuck ever since. My contact person is KIRAN, and she's always handled all my travels and my friends. I travel intercontinentally every month, and with her I get the best deals. From flight reminder, helping to check-in, updates, expect all the necessary support.
Kiran is very friendly, helpful and supportive all through your itinerary.

Here’s a polished Google review that keeps your experience clear and firm:

⭐ Very disappointing service – Would not recommend

I booked flight tickets on 4 June 2026 for my wife, our 6-month-old baby, and my in-laws, who were travelling internationally for the first time. I specifically spoke with Rohit, who assured me that the booking would include a bassinet for my baby, extra legroom, and drinks for my father-in-law.

Unfortunately, none of these services were provided. This was extremely disappointing for us, especially because it was our parents’ first international trip, and we had trusted the company to make the journey comfortable and stress-free.

At the time, I was very upset and sent some personal messages to Rohit. I later apologised for those messages. I was also told that the matter would be investigated and that someone would contact me regarding the issue.

However, almost two months have passed and nobody has contacted me, and nothing appears to have been done.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would strictly not recommend this service to anyone, especially families travelling with babies or elderly parents. Very poor service and very poor follow-up.

Do NOT trust this company with your holiday plans.

I was explicitly assured that my bookings were confirmed, only to find out weeks later that nothing had actually been booked on their end. When I reached out to resolve the situation, they completely ghosted me—ignoring every single message and phone call for over two weeks.

Because of their sheer negligence and complete lack of communication, rates went up and I was forced to pay an extra 20% out of pocket just to fix their mess. Their customer service is nonexistent, their business practices are deceptive, and they show zero accountability once they take your details.

Save yourself the financial loss, stress, and ruined travel plans—book with a legitimate, reputable travel agent instead.

Once again Zain at Dream Holidays has pulled out all the stops and found me a discounted flight to Thailand to enable me to visit my family.

It was a struggle at first deciding flights because of the ongoing conflict. My agent and myself had a few ups and downs, but we got there in the end. Thank you for your help and patience. I will use the company again

I can't fault the customer service that I have recieved in helping me plan and book my holiday. Zain Ali has been exceptional, dealing with changing requests, variable options and securing a great deal for me. Really appreciated the customer relationship and making sure I was completely satisfied with the eventual outcome. Definitely use Dreamholidays again. Zain, big thank you.

Zain was excellent. On it with the customer service and highly competitive prices. Will definitely be booking more travel here.

We have used this travel consultancy a couple of times now. They are superb! Zain was brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend using them. Cheaper flights and great service

Vijay, has provided me and my husband with an excellent service
Brilliant hotel/flights and transfers
And always responds
Will definitely be using again

Ayesha made booking possible and was very helpful and responsive to deal with. The luggage allowance hasn't been sought, as anticipated, she cleverly handled the situation very well by way of some discount and issues were resolved amicably. I'd highly recommend Dream Holiday for future bookings, including flights, but give them some time to solve the puzzle 🧩. I hope our journey will be pleasant and peaceful. Thank you.

I was a little unsure at first dealing with this agent but I was assured all the way from Aman that I was in good hands !! He gave great service and I was delighted with my booking of flights from him which were very good savings compared to the Emirates website. I would definitely use them again.

I have just booked another long haul flight with Zain at dreamholidays. Great customer service as usual. Zain got me a good price and even got me aisle seats for free on my long haul 4 leg round trip No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend these guys if your looking to book holidays/flights
Thanks again Zain top man 👍

10/10 experience absolutely enjoyed my holiday thank you so much Rayan! for making my holiday so beautiful and affordable! I have been booking holidays with them for 3 years so good so affordable just fantastic!

Great service from start to finish

Zian was great will use them again

My agent at dream holidays Karan was extremely helpful. I bought flight tickets and went to Makkah in Ramadan this year February 2026. My return date was in March and flight was via Qatar however the flights had cancelled due to the war with Iran and no flights in Qatari airspace. Karan was very helpful and arranged my flights with another airline back to UK with no extra cost. Karan kept a clear communication open with me and my wife by phone and email and updated us. Because of karans actions I did not experience the difficulties other people had faced. I also returned home on the same original date as before no delays. I will definitely use his services again. Thankyou Karan
