The customer service was horrible as well as the owner being racist.

They were having some issues with delivery times due to USPS late or missed pickups - entirely out of DLO's control as I understand it. As a result, I received my oz. of epic sunrise about 2 weeks after ordering - I live in MD. Other than that, their cust. service and product are excellent. Will definitely order from DLO again.

If I could give these jokers negative starts I would, first time ordering from these guys I had an order of 2 carts and flower they got my order wrong I tried emailing them on 2 different emails provided from the website and no response at all…. One cart came crystallized and the other was watery way too runny I’m almost scared to smoke it if you want to put respect in your lungs do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Trust me don’t waste your time and money.

They didn't follow their shipping policy. Order took 3 days to ship. Also shipped my order via UPS ground. I paid 42.10 for USPS priority express delivery. Customer service said UPS ground is faster than USPS priority express. Yeah right. They also gave me the wrong order said 8541 Thca flower would be untrimmed they lied. Be very cautious of this company. I will never order again.

It's the quality of the hemp and quantity along with the service that keeps me coming back.

Fast processing of my ship by DO, even amid the Christmas rush; my product arrived before expected.

With my MS diagnosis earlier in the year, I have been struggling to find something that helps with the pain, my ever so present pain, tightness, contracting muscles, anxiety, and ADD without pharmaceuticals. I wanted something "natural" that my our ancestors used rather than mega pharmaceuticals and all the ill side effects that follow many of them, not all. But, we all know they do not disclose all the side effects until sued.

The staff was warm & friendly making me, the customer, feel like I was an old friend. The hand-signed letter in my box was a nice surprise.

I sampled ELIXIR this time to find my starting point. I am pleased with it, but will try something a bit stronger the next time.

I buy regularly because this organic hemp truly is high quality. I feel that each time my orders are packaged with care. 10/10

Dreamland Organics has very good products tracks there sales diligently almost down to the minute for delivery excellent service I'd say 9 out of 10 Stars would recommend

This hemp weed has helped me cut back on the Marijuana (I'm an addict). I enjoy it mixed as well. It's all about that moderation with that stuff, but I am able to consume more hemp as it doesn't contain the psychoactive THC and boasts anti-inflammatory properties. God's Gift to Mankind...

This flower surprised me. Bag appeal wasn't great,but that's not a big worry.The flower tasted great ,smelled great,but the suprise was the effects!!The effects were spot on.I bought this because it was on sale and I have been pleasantly suprised!! And I will be back!! Thanks Dreamland!!
