Cassandra and Iona were extremely helpful in every step of our somewhat complicated purchase of a house in Spain. They helped us navigate an international POA for closing, delays with unforseen circumstances with sellers, all the while still keeping us within our target closing date that was part of our purchase agreement. The knowledge they have about all of the different facets from the mortgage to discounts applicable to interest rates and all of the rules regulations around noncitizen home purchase made our process so much easier than if we had tried this on our own. I have gone into getting a mortgage in Spain as a non-resident expecting to have to deal with a little horror. To my surprise, working with Cassandra and Ioana turned out to be nothing like it ... or maybe it was but I just didn't have to face it. The communication was prompt, swift and clear, and in many instances Ioana went beyond her duty to address the unexpected, to find solutions where standard processes (between banks) fell short and even to accommodate preferences.
It was a surprisingly pleasant experience, culminating with a great financial deal and not only that I highly recommend Dreamnest, but I'm going to use them again in the very near future.

Cassandra has delivered the most extraordinary experience. We had a complicated mortgage case living abroad before moving into our main residency in Spain. Although I am spanish and speak fluently the language, the normal channels for non-residents are very difficult to navigate.
She understood the details of our case and contacted all the banks for us. At the end, our offer was much better than the market rates we were getting by ourselves and we felt she was always looking out for our best interest.
