This website is a SCAM!

I ordered 2 pairs of fleece tights at 50% percent off. 2 weeks later I had not received anything and the tracking said it was still waiting to be picked up by the carrier. I requested an update, they sent me what seemed like a genuine email apologising and saying they would chase it up. 3 days later, they emailed again saying it was back on track and I should receive in the next week or two. After another 2 weeks, still no package and no update on tracking. I contacted them again, this time asking for evidence the shipping company (Yanwen) had received the package, or resend with traceable shipping, or a refund. They responded with a standard response stating their 7-14 day delivery timeframe and not addressing any of my concerns. Having been over a month, I requested a refund and never heard back. I contacted by bank to initiate a dispute and chargeback and was informed they tried to charge my card an additional 2 times and a 3rd $30 charge which thankfully didn't go through. THE WEBSITE LOOKS LEGIT BUT THEY ARE NOT.

They are obviously a very dodgy drop shipping company or based in CHINA NOT AUSTRALIA.

Sent me tracking from China which shows no trackkng at all. Emailed to complain and got no direct answers but led on. Then received tracking from a totally different company which when opened does not work or show any tracking history or information. Reported to my bank and they said Dreamsleep is well known to be a scam and that they indeed record your bank and personal details to rip you off. Told by them they won't refund. No star at all rating.

Terrible product quality for price. Basically crap from temu at a premium price point. Do not purchase from this site. Their refund policy says satisfaction guarantee but then in fine print only if in original packaging not opened. How are you supposed to know product is unsatisfactory if you Dont open it!

Predatory business that ships cheap products for much higher price. Claims to be based in Australia but products are made in China and shipped across - refund policy makes cancelling/refunding the product untenable as the cost to ship it back (with no guarantee it will be processed - subject to the company) falls on the customer. Save your time and money and do not fall for this scam as I did!

They are the worst supplier ever. Pretending to be in Australia but are in fact in China. Selling Temu products at highly elevated prices. If the product is not as advertised, they will give you address to return it to China and pay for it. They are scammers and chitters. Do buy from them go to Temu and pay 10 times less. Temu has an honest return policy in Australia.

Don’t touch this company. Despite their mission statement, they are not AU based and sending items back to China (having asked multiple times for an address) is very costly and AU post does not track once the item has been handed to Chinese customs.

SCAM! Do not buy from here. Trashy products and tell you lies on refunds make you send and pay for returns and don’t collect them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The product is absolutely crap! It’s not soft the elastic gets all tangled in your hair the sound mechanism is cheap the fabric is not soft I want to return this product it’s a serious scam and a waste of money. Why is this still allowed on the internet. Do not buy this crap

This is a scam website based in China, claiming to be Australian. Because of that it takes a long time for your order to arrive and the quality of what I purchased was nowhere near what was advertised.. it was cheap junk and when I emailed them about returning it they said no because it was too long after purchase even though it was their fault it took so long to get to me. Then when I replied to the email it had been shut down. It bounced back. They are one of those scam companies that keeps changing their email address so that they can ignore complaints. Absolutely do not give them your money.

This company purports by way of name and office to be Australian. It is not and it is not ethical.It is a scam based in China. They claim 90% goose down in their expensive but discounted pillows. They contain nothing but polyfibre. If you want a refund you must return at your cost and in the original packaging and within 30 days. It took 2 weeks to arrive. DO NOT BUY from this company.

My experience with Dreamsleep Australia has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

The product I received did not match the quality or appearance shown in the advertising. It was misleading and nowhere near what I expected based on the images online. When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility, I was offered a partial refund (initially 30%, then 40%) as a “gesture of goodwill” — despite the product not being as described.

To make matters worse, I was told I would need to pay return shipping myself, even though the issue was with the product not meeting expectations. Communication felt scripted and dismissive, and there was no clear phone number or easily accessible contact details, which made the process even more stressful.

As a customer in Australia, I expected compliance with Australian Consumer Law and a fair resolution. Instead, I felt pressured to accept a partial refund for something I was unhappy with from the outset.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The lack of accountability, transparency, and proper customer support made this a very disappointing experience.

Absolutely scammed!! Site claims they are Australian but items are drop shipped from china. Most are available on temu for about 70% less. Items are poor quality and refund policy is absolutely useless. Wish I had read the reviews prior to wasting my money

There so shit. There pillows are discusting and misleading. There not luxury hotel pillows. I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep on it. There a scam they say there Australian but when you want to return will cost you $65 to ship to china. And must be in original packaging. How the hell are you supposed to try them out u idiots. I had high hopes for the Dream Sleep Australia micro CPAP… unfortunately, it delivers about as much airflow as a politely whispered apology. I fully charged it, popped it in my nose, and waited for that life-changing breeze — but honestly, my farts blow out more air than this device.

For something designed to help you breathe, the lack of actual air is a bold creative choice. The only thing “micro” about it is the performance.

Save your money, your sleep, and your sinuses. Unless you enjoy the sensation of wearing an expensive nose decoration that does absolutely nothing, I’d give this one a very hard pass.

Terrible product. Looking back on their website reviews, that are so fabricated it’s hilarious. Fooled me though.
Sports headband is so uncomfortable and no chance of using if you sleep on your side.

Absolute rubbish, black out eye mask is great but the blue tooth head phones or piece worked once and then turns on and off connect, power off, I bought two, $140 for a friend and I, hers went the third time she used them mine the second - response was can’t refund, when I was asking for troubleshoot advice

I made a mistake of buying the micro cpap. They emailed saying their return policy does not accept returns if the package has been opened.  How else was I supposed to try it to see if it works.  Then they said they only give back 20% of the purchase price. That’s not acceptable as their advertising was misleading.  What got is like toy that does nothing it is supposed to do.   I have emailed them a number of times saying I will accept 60% of the purchase price without sending it back as it has been opened and they won’t accept it and also it will cost $30 to return it.
