I paid for two books last Christmas order #912713619 and when I go to the website it’s asking me to pay again. I never received my books. I was emailing someone named Pat before! Now my emails are not being responded to. Please assist!

I received an email from Dreamstories on 4/4/26 that my order was canceled and another email today that my refund is processing.

Impossible to reach a human.
The AI support is useless, and there is no clear way to speak to a real person, even as a paying customer. I had to escalate through my bank and still got no response.
Avoid at all costs. Unless you enjoy being stuck with no support.

Save your money! They make promises of edit support, timely delivery, and exceptional AI tools. Lies lies lies .
You will NOT get an impressive end product. It will NOT be delivered by the date they promise. You will NOT get a refund for their shoddy construction of the book and poor quality control.

I ordered a book 4 my grandson added our family dog same week. The dog passed away. I went to edit the book and try and remove our family pet. I added his cousin to the book so that he would not be devastated seeing the family dog. Talked with a member named Pat and Sam have all my transcripts from the conversation emails and etc.. They will not answer back on dream stories AI nor will they email back they sent the book out without me editing or the changes that I asked them to do which weren’t working on my end. The book came and had the family pet in. I’m still trying to contact them so that they can replace the book with the one that I have in my cart still no answer bad business, not standing up to their refund policy and I did not approve the book. What needs to be done is they need to have more Reliable members answering emails text messages within the 24 hours that they promise now I have a book I cannot even give to my grandson.

I ordered 4 books, my granddaughter and niece loves them. I will order more !! ☀️☀️

Worst experience ever. Ordered two books for over $100 for my two daughters as a Christmas gift. Noticed at checkout the shipping information was wrong so I immediately contacted customer service. They stated not a problem, and that it was good that I contacted them so soon to correct the issue. Fast forward a week later when it was supposed to be delivered the 23rd, it said it was but I never received it. It ended up being shipped to the wrong address. I contacted them again, and their response was that their printing partner made a mistake. So ruined my two daughters special gifts after I talked it up to them. They then said they'd expedite the books to the correct address, and then ghosted me. No responses nothing, and now its January 5th. Mind you the order was put in December 12th!!

First of all these reviews are bullshit!!! They will take you through the process of making a book for your loved one and never follow through. They’ll take your money and no way to contact or even track or check on your order you trusted them to fulfill!!! It’s a Scam!!! Those good reviews are garbage!!!!!

Please do not purchase from this site. DreamStories.ai is built on false advertising. The website is extremely slow, the images are inconsistent, often don’t resemble the submitted characters, and frequently switch between semi-realistic and cartoon styles with changing outfits and features and no way to make them consistent. The stories are also extremely silly, unrealistic, and very disappointing.

They will likely respond claiming they have “no issue refunding” and that users are “in full control” and eligible for refunds if images aren’t printed. That is false. I asked for a refund and was ignored. Instead, customer service encouraged me to keep trying and spend hours fixing issues I don’t have time for.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughters and my wife and had no backup plan. It was a complete failure, deeply disappointing, and they refused to refund my money. This is not an honest or legitimate company, and businesses like this should not be given anyone’s money.

Excellent Quality Book! I can't wait to give it to my six-year-old daughter for Christmas. She's going to love it!

The book preview is terrible, was not happy with story wanted to see more stories was transfered to another person to change stories and only was given one choice and thought this was it so i accepted the book. You get to choose 1 or 2 ai generated picture from the picture you sent and neither i eas happy with.
You have to pay for the book before you get to this pre view section. Right after accepting preview you are asked how you like your book and i told the 2nd customer service person not happy wanted to see more stories and he said to late its going to print.
100 percent garantee is false advertisement. They do not care once they get your money. They say case closed.

Love, love, love. My nephews now have both Books 1 and 2. They are looking forward to getting the 3rd installment.

I ordered two books. One for each grandson. The oldest one, 7, got teary eyed as he looked thru the book, seeing his “Papa” in the story with him….the younger one, 4, was all smiles as he showed his great grandmother his book. Was well worth the money. Good quality, hard back book.

The submission process was simple. Highly recommend submitting 10 or more photos. Once I cropped the photos, the book was enhanced greatly. The proofing process was quick and simple. I will definitely be purchasing the next episode.

The whole ensemble of the book artwork photography is excellent. We are very happy to have gotten this and now we’re figuring out how we can get a few more for the other grandkids, lol.

Great books, it’s an amazing gift

It’s absolutely beautiful. I bought it as a Christmas present, but I don’t know if I can wait that long!
I’m thinking of getting the next chapter each year, to show my granddaughter’s age progression.

I love the books from DreamStories!!!
I have 2 grandaughters 2and 3 years old. I ordered all 6 books from the series with the main character for one in 3 of them and the other one in the other 3 stories. My girls and I as their grandma casting in all the series. The pictures are so realistic! I love all of them and can’t wait to see their reaction from reading those stories. Thank you!
