Please do not trust this company. They used my name (as physician MD) and credentials for their website without my consent. I complained and I told them to remove my name off their website. And I continue to check periodically to make sure it remains of their website. This website is sketchy. BEWARE!

doctor took their own time, they didn’t write my correct name on the note that they provided, doctor Dr Rand al faraieh seemed very unprofessional, all in all it seemed very unprofessional. Would not recommend, possible scam.

Quick & Easy! Highly recommended
I used Dr Galen’s service whilst I was travelling abroad. I required a time-sensitive prescription with an added complexity of being time-limited due to flight arrangements. Through Dr Galen’s service was able to easy and swiftly arrange an appointment with one of their doctor’s, obtain and fill the required prescription! And all at a very reasonable cost of approximately $40USD. I was very impressed by the communication and ease of the service and would recommend to anyone in need!

Easy process. Great doctors and customer service agents.
It was a very easy process. The website let me choose which doctor I wanted, each with different levels of experience. The websites customer service agent(s) also recommend the doctors that are best for you, your location, and condition. When I chose my doctor, I filled in what I was there for and we set up an appointment.
We began the online appointment and it only took about 5-10 minutes. The doctor sent me an e-prescription for my condition about 10 minutes after the call ended. I printed it out and went to the pharmacy to fill it the same night.

I got fast help which worked. Perfect.
It was a blind shot trying this service. Online consultancy works in my home country but I was not sure if it will also in Armenia. I was positively surprised by the process of connecting me to a local doctor who actually helped me and gave advices how to handle my sickness. I am grateful for the operator who proactively contacted me to guide me through the process. When I missed the scheduled appointment, she called me and made sure I connect with doctor and all works. And also no issues with prescription in pharmacy. Thanks both operator and Dr for help via online communication (well it was not easy with me having fever 39, for sure) when I could not leave the house :-). Anna
