TRIP Drinks Reviews 

I placed an order for a variety pack of drinks and some gummies. All came very promptly. However the gummies where out of date. Trip refunded the gummies, no offer to re send which is fine, refund came through ok. I did nt like the flavour combos on the drinks and so cancelled the subscription for both items. I purchased from boots and Amazon in the combo I liked. However, I have today been debited for more gummies. I have tried to fix this in manage my subscription. There is now no cancel option and eveytime I go into account I have to re log back in even though I've logged in 4 x already. It seems each time you navigate to manage subscription it auto logs you out.
To save time energy and money, I would recommend staying clear of the trip web site. I actually got the gummies cheaper on a boots club card deal and a box of the flavour I like from Amazon was also cheaper.
the product it's self is an ok alternative to alcohol. the mint one is refreshing, the ginger one is also nice. Surprisingly the orange blossom and raspberry is awful. The gummies seem to help with anxiety and sleep when taken with a combo of magnesium and ashwaganda.
The 2 stars is purely for the website and pain that it is to use and cancel the subscription. Buy it, just buy it elsewhere.

I have been a customer with trip regularly since around 2023 they have helped with spells of sobriety and helped me get good night's sleep I usually chose the 25mg purple cans raspberry and orange blossom now they are down to only 10mg they just don't have the same effect it's such a shame

Subscriptions are there to hook you and difficult to cancel.
Notifications are too late to skip and cannot cancel online. Wjen you email you get reply saying they are busy.

Bought the strawberry flavour, tastes like chalk reminds me of drinking the Andrew’s Salts but with a fruity taste. Drank whole can just to see if benefits outweigh the taste and again disappointed did nothing had hoped would help with sleep so drank an hour before bed but no effect.

Poor customer service. Had a subscription for a drink on a new favour turns out it was nice (apple blossom) I messaged then before it was despatched to change it one email was sure no problem asking when favour I wanted then it was a number of days before I got a reply, I had a despatch email saying the Apple had been sent out annoyingly.

I asked to cancel and send back because I genuinely didn’t want it in fact it’s still in the box unopened they are now refusing me sending it back because it’s drinks and quoting me some stupid claws and they won’t take it back they had the chance to change it and didn’t really poor customer service think twice about subscribing to them!

Love these drinks. Both the CBD and the mindful blend. Good service with fast delivery. One item.went missing due to delivery company mistake and was quickly replaced.

What’s there to say, I love the drink but their carriers the package on my doorstep,’in what they describe as being secure. Well it’s been stolen and I have this on CCTV, time to rethink where I purchase from now.

I got the Lion’s mane gummies from Boots because I was in a rush and wanted to get the lion’s mane for a little while. Firstly, they are extremely sweet, not sure I would be able to finish them for this reason, and secondly, there is no nutritional reference value on the package - it says not established. What does that mean? Paying £20+ and not knowing the ingredients and what’s inside it’s absurd. Some people claim that they feel energised, I got a feeling that it’s because of the amount of sugar used. This is the most evasive product I’ve ever used; something is clearly off if you’re not willing to put it on the package. I would be happy to hear an explanation or get the exact NRV.

What did I like? Well, it was cold. What didn't I like? I had the Raspberry Blossom and, kid you not, it tasted like raspberry cigarette ash. *gag*

Love the trip drinks but sadly 3 cans were damaged in transit and had burst.

I naively expected to feel a sense of being mellow or that slightly 'tipsy' feeling but I felt.....nothing. This drink is neither an alcohol alternative or a "calm" inducing beverage. It's an overpriced sparkling water aimed at gullible middle class fools.

Came very quickly. My husband and I love TRIP drinks. My son stsrted us off when he accidently sent his order to our address when he was on holiday.

For some reason my previous review was removed from Trustpilot. I'm at a loss to know why. So I will resubmit. Basically they used to ship the day after. Following my last order I had no updates a week after the order. I called out to them on various social media and email and got no response . Won't use again

The drinks are lovely. Delivery is quicky and reliable. I've repurchased but will only get on a deal as the full price is quite high.
I loved having trip drinks as an option on a night out when I wasn't drinking alcohol. Makes a lovely change from diet coke!! Just wish every pub/venue would stock it!

I wanted to cancel before they ship it but because they don't have an effective channel for communication they proceeded with the shipping. They applied their policy for refunding anyways, very unconsiderate to not make an exception. They supposedly "perishable" good is an oil. Doesn't need any refrigeration. Very easy way to get free money.
