The biggest change has not been any weight loss or fat loss as of yet, but I have felt more R.E.M sleep, a little more energy during the day and especially no drop s in energy in the later afternoon.

I love it

Scammers, terrible experience
Tried it, can not use it. Got charged for another order. Got ahold of someone named Andrew and we emailed back and forth. I assured him, I never got the email saying it was refilling and could he prove they sent it? I would have canceled prior to shipment. Well, turns out I had a typo in my email address so indeed, I never did get it. He still refused to refund my money! I have unopened packages here that just arrived. This is the worst customer service, ever! They should get a text system going as a back up for communication, but then, they would make way less money!

Great flavor and better sleep
I was worried I wouldn’t like the flavor and would have to force it down daily. But the flavor is great! Reminds me of being a kid and drinking Tang. My sleep has been more restful. I’ve had more energy during the day due to not feeling as tired. Definitely glad I purchased! The only complaint is the powder gets on my hand when I scoop it out. Maybe a shorter and wider bag would work better?

This is a great product!!!! I am 72. After drinking the Harmonia drink my stomach feels good within 5 - 10 minutes. The bloating is gone and it feels like the drink helps with digestion. There are so many vitamins in the drink that I can skip some of the supplements I’m taking. Sometimes you wonder if people are telling you the truth…please be assured, I definitely am as I just ordered 6 months worth.
