I needed a car to start a new job and I came across Drivefuze. They understood what I required and the short delivery required so their flexibility and customer service approach was key to sign up to their services.

I would highly recommend Drivefuze if you are looking for a subscription vehicle. The price is very competitive and the customer service is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble from both Sophie and Heather.

I was looking for a short term car subscription plans as a temporary measure when I came across Drive Fuze website. The complete process from putting an application through to arranging delivery of the car was so smooth and stress free. I would like to highlight the customer support team which is one of the best I have ever come across. Sophie handled all my queries so efficiently and politely. The car was delivered within days time on my request once the application was approved. The car was delivered by Ronnie (very professional and polite) in immaculate condition. I also received a courtesy follow up call from Sophie to make sure everything went well on the delivery day and I was happy with the car. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend Drive fuze.

My existing PCP agreement had ended but my new car was delayed (like so many at the moment) due to component supply chain issues. I needed a flexible “one stop shop” arrangement until my new car is delivered and a car subscription seemed to suit my short term needs very well. I found the whole online process signing up to Drive Fuze very easy. I had a few subsequent queries that were handled efficiently and politely by Sophie (who I must say never seemed to go home!). The car was delivered on time in immaculate condition (by Ronnie who was also very polite). I received a courtesy follow up call from Sophie to make sure everything had gone according to plan (which it had). I am very pleased with the service I have received from what seems like a very well organised and accommodating company. I hope this will continue for the next few months while I am waiting for my new car to finally be delivered.

Ordered a car very easily online. I changed to a different car easily through their email address, before it was delivered. The car arrived today and is virtually new. The price is also good when compared to other short term hire options.

Update two months later - I have now handed the car back, as my own car is out of the garage. Returning the car was also easy. As on purchase, I messed them about over the return date, as my plans changed, but they could manage this and the customer service was great.

I would be very happy to use DriveFuze again and wish them the best for their new business as it grows.

So happy I found this company. Previous provider stopped so I needed a new car fast and the staff are great to deal with. The website and onboarding is simple and I had a new car within 4 days!!! So far very happy customer looking to be long term customer
