I received a prompt reply when I emailed regarding a charge I didn't authorize for a subscription. And have been denied a refund without giving them a satisfactory review. This company is joke and a scam trying to bully individuals into making others think they are a reputable trustworthy company.

I'm not sure how I got confused I just thought I was buying a $10 special off of Walmart a vanity for my daughter. I have no issues or complaints about the company I just don't want money continually taken out of my account for something I did not knowingly sign up for thank you so much for your response I appreciate it thank you

I was fraudulently charged for a few items and a membership from someone online. I brought it up to Drive Harbors escalation team and they credited my funds back and made sure all the loose ends were tied up.
