2 days in to the 12 MONTH program with DYP and i can say it has completely blown all expectations i had out of the water.

I just finished the Driven Young Program (2 full days of personal development and meaningful, deep connections) and it was such a beautiful and empowering weekend. The greatest thing about this program are the people who sign up. We're all there to improve our lives, gain clarity, and make incredible connections that are genuine and authentic - it's truly inspiring. The people I met during the DYP are people I will continue to get to know on such a deep level and who will continue to motivate me to be a better version of myself. I highly recommend.

This weekend program was one of the most beautiful weekends I've experienced. Especially as the beginning of the 12 month Driven Young community, I met amazing people all there with the same intentions and commitment to it. It was run so smoothly and perfectly fitted to what I was looking for. Genuine, deep connections, and providing me my own clarity on my personal growth journey. It was a relief to attend something where we cut the shallow stuff out and just get real with each other, in a way that isn't too heavy-weighted though. I have so much gratitude for Byron and those who ran this weekend. I am left already reminiscing and wanting to relive it again. Could not recommend more.

I want to express my gratitude and thanks to the team and volunteers at Driven Young for genuinely caring and truly making me feel valued. I did not have much expectations going into the weekend, I was just so grateful that Byron Dempsey had facilitated this program in my home town. After listening to the information night I was like why not? This is an investment to myself and I can say that I am so glad I did. After only a few days in the program I am already on my way to growth. It was absolutely incredible to connect with like minded people and reflect on my life trajectory. Byron leads with compassion and was very clear with communicating information about the program.

There's a reason the reviews are so good for this. I am truly, mind-blowingly grateful for everything that Driven Young is out here achieving!

I attended the first Brisbane Progam in September 2024 and only have positive things to say. Yes it feels daunting and cheesy to sign up for something like this, and yes they are deliberately mysterious on the specifics of what you get up to in the first weekend, but that’s exactly why I'm now so loudly and proudly saying how brilliant it is. The founder, Byron, is so passionate and open. You can tell he really cares about creating connections and getting you feeling inspired. He shares many personal stories and really draws everyone out of their shells. I can't even put into words what he achieves. You really will feel yourself glowing.

If you connect with even one of the values that Driven Young stands for and are looking for positive change in your life, please take this review as my heart to heart to you: Do it. This will change your life. I already feel so excited for my future, and everything Driven Young has in store.

Unequivically good, its mind boggoling how much happened in just the first w days of this program, they have created the perfect space for growth and persoanal development. I could not recomend anything more, if youre looking for something new or to improve on yourself or even just make some friends this is the place to be

This is an amazing experience, everyone was super nice and welcoming, I felt super comfortable opening up and I believe I've made great friends.I highly recommend giving this a try it's definitely worth your time

Can I just say that Byron, the entire DYP team, and the lovely community I met on the first weekend were just absolutely amazing. Being supportive when we were sharing and being vulnerable while also bringing the vibes and energy to all the dance parties, I'll keep those memories with me for a long time. I've only just started but I'm definitely looking forward to the next 12 months and even what comes after finishing this program.

If you're looking for something that helps you in personal development but also gives you new connections and opportunities, I would not recommend anything else.

I am quite upset, disappointed and frustrated at the Driven Young Program (DYP) as many of their beginning actions/tactics are quite predatory if not extremely coercive and manipulative.

I will state immediately that I did not pay for or attend any event related to DYP. I have had friends who went and left more positive reviews than negative.

I am quite upset, disappointed and frustrated at the Driven Young Program (DYP) as many of their beginning actions/tactics are quite predatory if not extremely coercive and manipulative.

Edit: I have received private correspondence from Byron Dempsey (Founder of DYP) and respect his openness to feedback and implementations of suggestions.

I will state immediately that I did not pay for or attend any event related to DYP. I have had friends who went and left more positive reviews than negative.

I attended their information session and researched the company and reviewed their website, BECAUSE I wanted to make sure an investment of $2,997 would be worth it.

However, it is not really $2,997 at all and never was because if you try to pay that amount they advise how you have to attend an information session first before purchasing a DYP package. In the Information session they advise how you get a "significant discount" for attending the information session (that was mandatory from the beginning???). The discounted price was $1,997. It is physically impossible to pay more than $1,997.

This made me realise that the $2,997 is just a ploy to trick and manipulate lonely and vulnerable induvials to spend what little money they may have and believe they're getting a hell of bargain in the process.

Edit: Byron Dempsey advised that there is no original price and claims that the $2,997 was uploaded by mistake. Additionally, he advised that there is no "significant discount" and that he would be removing the wording of anything relating to the phrasing of "discount" to avoid being misleading or coercive. This supposed change is supposed to be permanent and take place before the next information session on 03/09/2024.

Unfortunately, it only gets worse as when you are presented this $1,997 price a large timer appears on the screen saying how you only have less than 15 minutes to decide to part with nearly $2000 in an instant or not.

However, as you may have predicted this is also a scam as it has been more than an hour after the timer ended saying "You missed out!" and I still have access to the package options and the payment portal for the $1,997 total.

Edit: Byron Dempsey advised that this timer will be removed from all future information sessions starting after 01/09/2024.

Additionally, if you're thinking that you want to go to DYP but can't fork up $2000 in one go. They allow you to make monthly payments with 25% interest making the total $2,497.

Edit: DYP claims the reason for the monthly payment plan to remain $500 more in cost from now until further notice is due to "additional fees and admin management"

All in all I was highly excited in becoming part of the community but am too outraged and blatantly scared by the lack of compassion and human decency to intentionally target vulnerable young adults and financially take advantage of them.

Edit: an additional item that I did not discuss in my original post was that DYP was showcasing individuals' reviews claiming that the program was better than mental health professionals and support which was highly dangerous as it could influence individuals to ignore the advice of mental health professionals and pose a risk to themselves or others.

Byron Dempsey has advised he will stop displaying these reviews from 01/09/2024 as he agrees with these concerns.

Edit: I urge all individuals, especially those who may be in a dark place to ensure they are protected and make informed decisions, keep the Driven Young Program and Byron accountable, and to ensure these changes remain permanent.

This program has so many 5-star reviews for a reason. When people told me that this program changed their life I almost did not believe them until I attended the program myself. An absolutely transformational 1 month. Such incredible highs and the strongest support system to help you through your lows. I can not emphasis on how incredible DYP is, probably one of the best investments I have made in my adult life. If you are having second thoughts, take this as your sign to take that plunge. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! I hope you find your way to, like I did!

DYP has been one of the most fulfilling and rewarding programs and experiences I’ve been apart of. This program exceeded my expectations. Byron as well as all the leaders involved all bring their own authentic, unique selves, perspectives and stories which really provides a relatable and inspiring experience, helping us all to connect with everyone around us. This program incorporates different activities which are both fun but challenging giving us the opportunity to step outside our comfort zone and grow within a safe, supportive space. DYP has a heavy focus on personal growth and development but also focuses on creating connections, making friends whilst also finding your community. This program has so much depth. DYP encourages people to let their walls down and engage with their vulnerable side which allowed me to form connections with others on a deeper level in such a short time as I could see that there were other people just like me. DYP will give you the opportunity to have things money can’t buy. This program gives people an opportunity to feel a sense of belonging, connection and safety whilst having the chance to work on being the best version of yourself. I can’t recommend this program enough! If you’re sitting on the fence, just do it, you won’t look back!

I had alot of doubts before putting my time and money into doing this program. One thing I can say it that it is nothing short of life-changing if you put your all into it. You'll learn so much about yourself, find an incredible support group and people that love to be around your authentic self.

Hi, I'm Tracey and I just finished SYP6. I had really high expectations about this program. I was hoping to build deeper and meaningful long-lasting friendships I really loved the confidence workshop because I helped it taught me that if I set my mind to something I could make it happen. One of the best things about the program was meeting so many wonderful and supportive people. DYX helped me realise I can be myself and people will love and accept me for who I am. Byron is a really inspiring leader who helps you break through walls and the team of leaders were exceptional and really helped me and gave me support when I needed it. I really recommend it for people wanting to develop cutting edge life skills and explore new friendships.

So what makes this program incredible?
Everyone who signs up is here for the same things. To grow for themselves and with each other.

When I say this program is worth your time, money, and energy, I mean it wholeheartedly. So well organised, so intentional. It’ll have you growing in places you never thought possible, and meeting some incredible people.

Bryon is an incredible communicator and truly has the vision down to a science of just connecting quality people together and helping them grow. No frills, no rug pulls. Just incredible people, and incredible growth.

So if you’re on the fence, but you have that nagging feeling that this is right for you, do it. Come in with an open mind and an open heart, and you will not regret it.

I have had an amazing time over the last week, wish it was longer. The third week was uneventful, otherwise had a lovely time.

Great program for if you're a little lost in your 20s and you want a bit of direction.

Thank you so much to the leaders and Byron for doing an awesome job at dedicating your time to organizing a life changing and amazing program. I think the whole program of people should do the whole loop then go to the pool. The city leaders did an amazing job at being open, friendly and supportive of all the program’s attendees. I think to prevent the mix up of venues, city leaders should look over current and future announcements up to half an hr before the event.
